Completely disrespectful staff, I made a mobile order and sent my daughter to pick up, the order was incomplete I call them. she... ask me to go back with the receipt as she did not remember those items to be in my order, my daughter went back, she looked atthe receipt and told my daughter they didn?t have the items. Did not offer a refund or another option, my daughter ask her for asolution and her response was. ?Just go back to your mom? I called back and she just said ?its not my problem you don?t have thetime to come to the store? asked for her name, and her response was ? I?m very busy, and hung up the phone? Read more
The worst Dunkin I ever been too. Coffee tastes sour, bagels are either burnt or not toasted, sandwiches had hair in it. I never... will go again. Read more
Gave regular coffee instead of decaf. They need to do a better job looking at the mobile orders and making sure they?re giving... the correct coffee. Read more
Asked for 4 medium milkshakes gave them to me half a cup, I got a small one to show him the differences and when he was going to... charge me I told the guy they were all technically small since my medium cups were the same about as a small he said no they aremedium. This is the worst Dunkin store I have been to in years. The lady who served me was extremely rude and liar. She didn't toast my... bagel when I ordered one and lied to me that she did. As I asked them to toast it again, she barely put one with cream cheese ismicrowave instead of giving a new one. Very rude service and attitude. Never going back here again. Read more
This store is very near to my house and I am used to go very regularly, but it is completely changed now. Jan-10-2021, I went to... the store, I found only 1 person who was taking care of the register, doing the cooking, delivering the food to people... andsoon on. He gave me food ( my order) , all burned out and I am not sure sure what to do with it. He was rude when I asked himabout the burnt food. I as well as people like me who are impacted, have raised complaint with Dunkin Donuts Authorities. Idon't think is the store you would wanna visit this store anymore. Read more
Ice cream was warm and melted when we got it. Store was extremely warm when were there. Combination Dunkin and Baskin Robbins.... Standard Dunkin menu with a diverse ice cream selection (including Egg Nog in February). Updated: Had coffee and donuts todayfrom here.
