Restaurant ran by young adults who seem disengaged. The staff on their phones which is unacceptable in the food industry due to... possible contamination. The Manager, young gentleman walking around looking at his phone during down time when he or someoneelse should have been cleaning multiple dirty tables considering myself and companion were the only ones in the dining room. Theself serving soda machine was filthy with splattered soda all over the machine. Chicken strips dry, thin and overcooked. Thisestablishment is old and outright dirty. My first time dining here. This was my last time dining and purchasing food at thisZaxby's. I appreciate that the staff is young and employed but Corporate needs to train them on proper hospitality and overhaulthis store by remodeling. Gross! Read more

I?m not the type to leave a bad review but this Zaxby?s has been terrible every single time. They have never once gotten my... order right. The actual quality of the food is always sub par. If you try going anytime after 9 o?clock they always say they areout of something. Like every single time. Not to mention I have gone around 9:30 twice and been told they were closed. I get youclose at 10 but if I arrive at 9:20 you shouldn?t lie and say you?re out of chicken when that?s the only thing you serve andyou?re still supposed to be open for another 40 minutes. I do believe the issue is the quality of employees left to run thiszaxbys. They?re just lazy and have horrible customer service skills. I got the dunk and punk!!!!! They took old food that was already ready dumped it in the grease and pulled it out. I went to... school for this I know the difference between fresh food and food that's not fresh. Stop hiring these young kids get some grownups pay them grown up salaries and I guarantee you you'll see a boost in profit and a decrease in losses. And you won't have a3.2. your staff got a attitude and ask me why I wanted my food recooked when I had already told them and had audacity to tell meit's 10 minutes before closing time. The drive-thru was slow but not the worst. I watched the two cars in front of me pull over after they got their food and go back... inside. I should have checked my back when I pulled off because they didn't even give me any different sauce with my wings andthat's the first time I've ever had that happen at any Zaxby's. Never been to this location before. First time trying and we arrived at around 9:00-9:45pm on a Saturday night and they were... closed. Google referenced a 11:00pm closing time. We were confident in venturing in this direction because other locationsclosed at the same time. Please update your business hours. It is sometimes hard to find restaurants that are open after 10.Therefore, updated hours are beneficial to the consumer. Read more

Ordered online. Came to pick up but they where closed (even though ppl workers where still in ) so they closed early and didn?t... give me my online order after charging me. I completely understood and left as they told me they couldn?t give me a refund but ucould try again the next day. Come next day I?m waiting 30 minutes in line only to be told to come inside to wait another 10 toget my food. Which I think was purposefully made in the hottest sauce not to mention the filled up the entire container withsauce( looked like a soup not very noticeable on the picture) They need new management.
