The person that took my order on the phone took forever to take it and put my order down wrong. Drove to the restaurant and the... black girl at the front had a disgusting ghetto attitude when I said the order was wrong. I ordered at 11:20PM on Saturday, just 1 meal, Philly with fries and a coke. They said it was going to be 15 mins. We didn?t get... the order until 12:18AM. I understand if it?s busy but it shouldn?t take 1 hour to receive a order and 45 minutes past theestimated time. Besides the fact that it took so long, the food was horrible. I walked in on a Wednesday night at 12:19(this location closes at 12:30). I was greeted with a smile and everything was still... available to order. They were professional and patient. Do not visit this location, it's ghetto and unprofessional. There's another one on Duluth Hwy. Restaurant associate was... extremely rude in regards to asking to see ID to pick up the order. Sent my sister to retrieve the order, online didn't state Imust be the person, never encounter that before. Must be the area where ppl are stealing food? Food was overcooked and missingcondiments for the entrees. My philly barely had any meat, missing veggies all I had was meat and cheese. Wings just tasted likechicken barely any flavor, we ordered garlic parm. Fried rice was gummy barely seasoned, taste like dried oil. Couldn't verifyif the order was correct because the food was stapled inside a thick paper brown bag. Will never visit this location again. Be careful using physical money. I only got back $5 and was missing the .71 so when I asked for it, the employee on register... said they didn?t have enough change. Okay? So I still need the correct amount back. The employee then gathered up some changethat they had in their own bag which was nice and I appreciate it but they shouldn?t have to do that. management is doing aterrible job with keeping up with what their employees need to succeed. I understand there is a change shortage but againmanagement should have a sign letting people know the dilemma. Let?s hope the experience with the food is better than what I?vewitnessed so far.
