I went in for a mobile order. After 5 minutes of me and others starring In the cashier's face waiting for assistance I explained... I had a order gave her the name. She looked on the screen and said ok. Ten minutes later I asked how long for this order. Sheasked what was the name on the order again. I pull up to the drive through and theres an employee outside telling me itll be 5 mins. I try to at least wait inside and the... door's are locked. I had to leave to make it to work , i tried to cancel my order but the app still processed my order andcharged me for food i never even received. Read more

It's just the food is worse now that Wendy's cut corners on the food but still raise the prices. The employees are fine, it's... just the shoty food at high prices. Even sent a picture of the joke of a baconator to corporate and never heard anything fromthem, evidently they don't care! Read more

Employees are very rude and nasty. They don?t wear gloves and they touch your food with their hands. I have to call the health... department because they gave me raw nuggets. Like who can?t cooked nuggets and fries right. Manager and crew from this shiftneed to be fired. I will not stop until something give. Read more

Service is much better and staff is hospitable, however, food quality is declining. Chicken Tenders over cooked, burger was dry... and French fries were lukewarm and under cooked. Tea was bitter as well. They may have had a bad day all the way around. Might give them another visit but the jury is still out on this one. Read more

Picked up food on the way home. Paid extra for LARGE REGULAR coke. Got home to eat, wrong drink... I was given a Vanilla coke... instead. Called them to discuss getting a new drink. Employee gave me the reason, they knew they were out of regular coke andgave me vanilla instead. Didn't offer any options to correct their mistake. They don't get a drink truck until 2 days fromtoday; as it turns out this location doesn't give refunds for drinks either. Not acceptable! Bad customer service! Read more

Lies - Way to go Wendy's. 7 employees inside. All doors locked but signs up outside saying they do curbside. So you wait....... then they are like you have to go to the drive thru... why ? And why are all the employees standing around in one spot nothelping customers.. Read more
