Phenomenal service! I was blown away. Super clean interior, tidy inside. Outside looks very nice. The young man who helped me at... the register was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain and speak to the questions I had, and Ireally appreciate that. My order came Came out super fast and was very delicious. This location is the top among its peers. I stopped going to this location because the workers were so rude. I started going to the one on 120 but last time I had to... wait in drive thru for 50 minutes so I gave this location a try again. I was very pleasantly surprised. I went at 6:30 PM onOctober 26 and the young lady at the drive thru was amazing! So personable and friendly. The whole vibe of the restaurant haschanged for the better! My Baconator fries were delicious, such crispy bacon! I am definitely going to this location from nowon. Read more
Should have known better than to order mobile and pickup through the drive thru. Very long wait time, about 25 min. Looked like... only 2 people were working. However I don't think it's the employees fault, and it's just a result of poor management. Read more
I rarely post reviews but I arrived at about 11:10pm and was sitting in line for about 15 minutes before getting to the speaker,... I got no response for about 5 minutes so I drove up to the window. Was ignored for 3 more minutes before they opened the windowand said I had to go around again after explained the situation and that I placed a mobile order. Since I had already paid forthis meal, I got back in line against better judgement and they stated that they had closed and would not be taking any moreorders at 11:55pm. I rarely do reviews and I want everyone to be able to work and make money , but if you don?t like your job get another one! The... night shift group is beyond rude and ghetto! Google says this location closes at midnight. I get to the location and they are all sitting in the front with nothing to do,... lights are on. I go to the drive thru, they say they?re closed. I explained Google says they close at midnight, and the ladysays yep but we are closed early! And you wonder why they have such a bad rating! Closing early isn?t good business! Read more
Clean. Friendly service. Dine in or take out but as of 2/13/21 drive through only. Delivery can go through drive through as of... currently. Plenty of parking. Off main highway. Sometimes this location doesn?t have certain items on the menu and sometimes donot have the exact change. Read more
I bought a fried chicken sandwich Friday night 12/2/22, got home cut it in half to discover more than half of the breast was... raw, I mean completely raw. Thank goodness I didn?t bite into it before cutting it. My Asian nurse took it back, showed it tothe manager and requested a refund. She told her she could only remake her order.
