Waited 15 mins just to order food then when we got to the window, we still waited 10 minutes for no reason to pay for our food... because the employee was sitting in her phone. Then we moved up to the pick up window to get our food and they got our drinkwrong. we asked for the correct drink the big black dude had an attitude still made the drink when we pulled off we realized itwas unsweet tea. I had a Baconator combo. This burger is delightfully good. Bacon, burger, doubled up with mayo! Perfect! I was surprised how... great of taste it had. The fries were hot and fresh. They too were tasty. The food great. Kiosks service sucked. They had to askis it for here or take out as there is no option to select that. If you did not order condiments you do not get condiments. Theenvironment was rigid. Not very friendly. Very utilitarian. I would go for the food. Maybe mobile order and pickup to go. Finda better place to enjoy the good food. Read more
I literally waited in the drive thru line for 50 minutes to get my triple burger and fries. The person who collected my money... didn't say thank you, yes they were busy but that's no excuse to be impolite. When I finally got my food, the bag was light. Of course, they gave me a single, not a triple. The guy at the window didn't even apologize but he did finally get me mytriple. Worst experience I've had at a fast food place in a minute. Forgot my fries and had to go in and was met with an attitude. Got... home and there were not only onions that I asked without but the burger was smashed as well. There wasn't even anything heavyinside.
