While visiting the Atlanta area I ordered from Wayback Burgers. I had the Cheeeesy Burger and couldn't decide between fries and... the Cajun Tots, so tried both. The burger was fantastic. I would happily have it again anytime. The fries were great too. Theyhad a nice soft texture, which is what I prefer. The Cajun Tots were lackluster. It took half an hour to get two burgers and there were only 3 orders ahead of me. They also screwed my order up but I wasn't... going to wait longer for them to fix it. It was hot and freshly made but definitely not worth the wait. The guy who took myorder was pretty rude to me but I put my order in, I had to speak up over the music and sounds of the kitchen. Everything I've had here has been excellent quality !!! For a fast food/burger restaurant, definitely my #1 choice ! Everything... is made fresh to order with quality fresh products ! The menu is very diverse from fresh vegetarian burgers to Philly Cheesteakto chicken Ceasars salad, all fresh and great portion sizes !! Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, greeted with asmile and food brought to your table !! My cashier Cam was very friendly, greeted me with a smile, was very knowledgeable of themenu and attentive, he checked with me after I took a few bites asking me if I was enjoying my food. You just don't get thatlevel of quality customer service any more these days !! I just can say enough about this company. They make corporatedonations to great community its organizations!!! The hubs and I were in Georgia for the past week for certification classes for the hubs and I was craving a burger tonight. I... Googled burgers near us and quite a few popped up. I ultimately chose Wayback because of the menu and the pictures. The burger Ichose was the cheeeessssy burger and a side of tots. The hubs had the double bacon burger and a side of chili cheese fries. HANDS DOWN the BEST BURGER I have EVER had. The meat melted in your mouth, the bun was cooked perfectly and the cheese...oh thecheese...lots of it and creamy and melty...PERFECTION. I only have pickles and mustard on mine because if I wanted a salad Iwould order one!! This burger was 100% perfection!!! The hubs agreed...his was also the BEST burger he has ever had also. Themeat again, seasoned perfectly snd so tender it melts in your mouth. The right amount of bacon and cheese...he likes a salad onhis so he had the lettuce and tomatoes...the only thing we're the fries weren't very tasty...the chili was...but with how goodthe burger was the fries were a little bit of a let down. I wish they had been house made instead of the frozen, that were overcooked and a little cold. But that isn't going to stop me from giving Wayback a 5 star!!! Went to way back burger and fell in LOVE with the food. My husband and I met Waymond, the franchise owner, who went above and... beyond with hospitality welcoming everyone who came through the door.
