Worst Waffle House I?ve ever been to. We were standing there all the tables dirty nobody cleaning. I said I?ll leave and they... told me I have to seat myself. (Not in the nicest way) I asked them where and they pointed to a table filled with trash. I saidit?s dirty and they just said oh. One of my brothers was already sitting down at a table that was full and he went to clean atable. The lady wouldn?t let him do it. I cannot believe that service like this even exists. I?m not expecting to be spoon fed,but don?t expect me to go do your job for you. I get it if she would have been nice about it. I could have helped. But no shehad to have an attitude and talk smack about me after I left. (My friends that already ordered their food told me). One of two things happened at my last visit to this Waffle House, either the server is not aware that there is a service fee... already added to to-go orders OR she blatantly lied in order to receive an additional top. Either way, that is not okay. Ivisited Waffle House on Buford Drive in Lawrenceville, GA to place a to-go order for my family. The wait was pretty long, so asI waited, I read over the menu.I discovered there was a 10% service charge for to-go orders. I made my order and when it wastime to pay and sign for the receipt, I asked the server if the service charge was already in the final price. I was not givenan itemized receipt, so I was not sure. She said no. I added an additional tip because of this. As I sat and waited for myfood, I looked at the menu again and added up the total of my food. A service had been added to the total. A service fee isfine, but Waffle House needs to be more transparent about the policy by including it on the receipt and making sure that serversare honest when asked about it. Read more
Hands down worst waffle house experience EVER! Stopped in on the way home with the family and thought we'd get an easy bite to... eat. Easy order everything came out wrong and the atmosphere was not welcoming. Guess it's a good thing there are plenty of themaround cause this one won't be revisited. Read more
I went last weekend and the waiter that helped me with my order got part of my order incorrect. I ordered two burgers with... sauteed onions and I've had this at another location. This waiter put everything on my burger and I was baffled because theonions were not sauteed like I asked. I still left a tip because I'm not heartless, but I won't be coming back to thisparticular location. Unless this is fixed. Oh might I add it wasn't the least bit busy as you could clearly hear what I askedfor as if you couldn't they could have asked me to write it down. Read more

My husband and I love Waffle House. We've always loved going to Waffle House. We haven't been going not so much lately but we... decided to go to Waffle House recently because we hadn't been there in a while and we always go and order some great breakfast.At first it was a little crowded, but then we were able to get a table so we could sit down and order food. I love the eggs withthe extra crispy bacon and hash browns and sometimes I'll have coffee or sometimes I just have orange juice. Waffle House isthe hot spot when you just want a quick breakfast for a great price. You can't beat Waffle House. I always love going there theservice is good and the food is good. Read more
