My husband and I were long time customers for about 6 months at this place. Despite the high turnover rate and constantly seeing... new faces, some of the employees were very pleasant and have given us smoothies on the house thanking us for our patience andloyalty. We didn?t mind the long wait times and have even returned to the store when we noticed they were busy with customers.Unfortunately, my husband accidentally left his wallet while we were waiting for our smoothies and left without it. It wasn?tuntil the next day that he was retracing his steps that he decided to call them and ask if anything has been returned. They saidthat yes, there was a wallet that the previous shift found and they will look for it for him. Long story short, he called/wentto the shop everyday for a week and a half while the staff proceeded to tell him that they cannot find it. Everyday they seemedto come up with something other than a solid response. Here is what we were told (in order): 1.) We will ask the previous staffto tell them where it was left 2.) They haven?t contacted them 3.) It is now in a safe that only the manager has access to 4.)Oops you just missed the manager x 2 5.) Manager has no idea about a missing wallet, it was never here. We even called on aSaturday morning to confirm that they still have it and they said the manager, Mike will call on Monday to give it back. We weregiven his phone number, only to never receive a call from him nor answer any of our calls/voicemails. Needless to say Mike andhis employees have shown just how unprofessional and downright disrespectful they have been. In the end, new employees weregetting mixed in and she very rudely refused to admit that there was a wallet when the other employee is nodding their head atme that there is a wallet here. Save your time & go to the Snellville location they are so much friendlier. This location is always rude no matter the different... people or different times you come in. Speaking is not their thing. They will not acknowledge customers or even say "someonewill be with you in a minute" I waited a good 5 mins, no word. Was not even a line and just walked out. Read more
They are very rude and mean. They have no respect for paying customers. Every-time I come, it?s a different experience. They... close the store a hour early. Please listen to the reviews! This place sucks! From workers to food. The young lady with honeyblonde hair gave me attitude when I showed up at 8:00 pm and the door was locked. Mind you, the store closes at 9 pm! This location deserves a 0!!! I?ve been come here 3 times & each time has been a DISAPPOINTMENT!! This last time, they have the... open sign on, they?re scheduled to be open until 9 pm, it?s 4:23 in the afternoon, there are employee inside and I asked whythey?re closed. I would like to say this place is delicious on both the smoothies and the food. Although the staff doesn?t take pride in making... the for consistent. The food is prep sloppy and messy. It was my fault for not checking my order but when I got home not only was my salad spoiled it also wasn?t made right. There was... no sauce, it was just chicken, lettuce and some carrot strands. I ordered the Thai chicken salad and the pictures below waswhat I got. Inside the Thai chicken salad you are supposed to get grilled chicken, carrots, sesame seeds, cilantro, scallions& wontons on a bed of romaine & served with Thai peanut dressing. First time visiting this location after not having it for a long time, and it was exactly as I remembered! The staff was prompt,... nice, and my food came out quick. The lobby was clean and neat. Overall a good experience and highly recommend it! Read more
