The WORST of the WORST!!!! I Love Juicy Crab. But this one the communication is a problem, to say the least. The waitress was... not fluent with English and the Manager iether, the language barrier was very frustrating. The cook kept sending out mildinstead of hot. Which is very clear to see in your bags. Hot is very RED. Whatever he kept sending was a light yellow. I had torequest the manager for her to say that?s definitely not hot. That is mild ???????? I was like really you wouldn?t say. Myhusband was not happy at all. Because I had to ask like 3 different times what is this? I don?t want this. It?s not what Iordered. Just please give me what I would like to eat. And my bill was $120.00 and the manager was just like I?m not sure whyhe is giving you mild. I was still hungry when I left because I only ate the appetizer and took the entree home after all theback and forth over 45 minutes just sad and totally disgusted. Highly recommend The Juicy Crab! The food was absolutely delicious! The customer service can't be beat! I got the catfish and... the filets are huge! We had Chandeni as out waitress and Jason, the General Manager went above and beyond to be sure my mother,who has dentures, enjoyed her meal. I can't say enough great things about this restaurant, in Lawrenceville, GA! We willdefinitely be back and whoever is reading this should definitely try it! ???????? Read more

Destiny was the best????!!! She was the most patient waitress. We were a party of 6 and we were so indecisive. Destiny helped... us order, she smiled the whole time and we were so happy that she was appointed to our table. The customer service at thislocation is excellent. We arrived early and we were seated and there was no attitude while we waited for the rest of our party. The food here is delicious and we all were overly satisfied with Destiny, the atmosphere and the food. We can?t wait to returnsoon!!! Ask for Destiny, she?ll take care of you???? Read more
I enjoyed my food. I enjoyed going to this location. My food was fresh and hot. I ordered the crab legs and shrimp with garlic... butter and medium heat. Garlic was prominent. Heat level was subtle but nice. Ordered the peach moscato. I didn?t enjoy it butit wasn?t the worst. The waitress, Megan was great. Nice friendly upbeat and bubbly. This location is one of the better ones... I was very pleased. I had whitings and onion rings, seasoned perfectly. Our waitress... Kendra was totally awesome ???? ???? ????. Our Crab Boil was cooked perfectly. Location not to crowded. The bathroom coulduse extra care/cleaning. Overall I recommend this location ????! Read more
