Used this store for two different work events. The first time they left out five boxed lunches and we wait an hour to get the... other five delivered. This time we ordered 33 boxed lunches and the order was "misplaced". If we hadn't called they wouldn'thave even know. The Store Manager told me that they would start on the order and that it would be about an hour. Still on holdcurrently waiting for someone to answer and it is over two hours passed our delivery time. Never....again! Read more

I called in about misinformation I was given and Lakeisha helped me she guided me through what a wonderful attitude she had and... it was the best phone interaction I've had in quite some time probably pre-covid was the last time I've had good service. We love most everything about HBH, even though they are very overpriced. Their ham and turkey is fantastic if you can afford it.... I am not a fan of the pre-packaged meals we have purchased so far (stuffing, green bean casserole, broccoli casserole) and notrecommend them. The pre-made gravy is delicious. Read more

The food and everything about the store is great, the only issue was the manager and store policies. They have you make a... reservation online to pick up an order at a certain time and when you arrive, they have you wait an hour in line. That defeatsthe purpose for a reservation and having a time slot. Manager was very rude when asked why the need to wait in line if we hadreservation, she gave us an excuse that people were also in line with reservation. So basically if anyone has a 4pm reservation,they can show up at 10am and get their food. Read more

I called the main line and sat on hold for 14 minutes. Then it finally transferred to the store Someone picked up and put the... line on hold. Then it rang. Someone picked up and put the phone on hold again! Then someone picks up the phone and neveranswered. I sat on hold for 12 minutes listening and they never even bothered to say hello please hold or anything! Just keptserving store customers as if phone customers aren?t important! Glad to know!
