Today May 26th I had the worst experience. I ordered my food. 2 number 8's and an extra Dorito taco and a soft taco. I should... have received 8 tacos. The lady hand my daughter a bag with 5 tacos. When my daughter said it wasnt right. The lady said we didnot pay for another meal, but she gave us two drinks for our meals. Then when I went up to ask she said that I needed to pay forthe meal because I didn't pay for it. She kept saying your order is perfect. Lady how can my order be perfect if this is notwhat I ordered? They 3 employees were really rude and refused to admit fault. The cashier even took my receipt from my child andthrew it away so I guess I won't know what I paid for now. If I could give this taco bell a zero I sure would. Piss poorservice. I love Taco Bell but I will think twice before ever going back. I never even write reviews but this service was so badI could not resist. When you are in the mall and want a bite to eat please don't stop there. Read more
It was good is inside mall and it was a Saturday so they were busy but didn't have to wait to long.
I?ve stop by several times and walked out. This was the final Time. There were at least four workers and thy just stood around... finnak one came over and I told him what I wanted. I ordered the 3 crunchy Supreme tacos. Those were the best ones I had ever gotten from Taco Bell. Whoever was working there at... that time packed each of those tacos perfectly. I will be back. Read more
If I could give zero stars, I w as old. The manager and workers working on December 21, 2029 at night were rude and... disrespectful to my daughter. The Sugarloaf Mills Mall & food court currently have holiday hours; however when we tried topurchase food at 9:30 pm, they refused to serve us saying they were closed. We pointed out that it was just 9:30 and thatthey're not supposed to close until 10:00. At that point the manager b deer came extremely rude sa uh ing we e close when I saywe close. My daughter asked to speak to the manager, and he said I am the manager. He e pool old not gove the owner's name andnumber, he refused. He told her to look on the website and call corporate, but wouldn't give her the number. Ne of the female edworkers also came to the counter talking rudely. Employees don't know how to be customer friendly at times, and if there's a long line (5+ people) expect to wait a long time.... Food is really good but it's also a bit more expensive but I guess that is because it is a mall Taco Bell. UPDATE: An employeetried getting into a fight with a customer, and the other employees encouraged the arguing. The employees didn?t smile one bit,and they could care less that there are kids around when they act like animals. Read more
