The large Pepsi looked like weak tea and the mix was OBVIOUSLY not correct. It was nearly all soda with no syrup?Yet they sent... it out with the delivery anyway. One of the two tacos which were both supposed to be soft shell, was crunchy, and the Mexicanpizza was inedible. 0 for 3 on the order! Great job! Not one item was correct in the order. I spent 15.00 for one edibletaco. If you want food from this place, make sure you GO TO the restaurant and double check everything before you leave. Read more
They should shut this place down. Not only was the crew rude and unprofessional, but so was the extremely rude, sloppy dressed,... profanity using so-called manager on duty. The wait for a combo was 20 minutes then being told by a rude crew member" we ain'tgot no pizza boxes so what you want us to do about that." Close the doors and start over. This was definitely a waste of my timeand money. I'm just going to assume Taco Bell doesn't care if they have customers anymore because their employees definitelydon't!! Another location sucked this day, so I went to this one hoping for better luck. Long drive thru line. about 7 people waiting... without food inside. Once I get to the counter for my turn, the worker asks me to use the kiosk to order -- NO! Ridiculous. Poor management, I was there, just take my order face to face. The night just keeps on getting better and better in this little town. I just left Zaxby's they did the the dunk and punk on me.... So I didn't take the food needless to say. Now I'm at Taco Bell and they tell me that with all the tacos and burritos they sell.They have no taco sauce. Management didn't order enough sauce for the week. They didn't send someone to another Taco Bell toborrow sauce. I need to get out of this little town. The service is horrible here! Read more

Not too thrilled with the service and the quality of food. Lady at the window was not very friendly and a little assertive when... asking what sauces we wanted. Then we get the food and 1 of the cheesy Gordita crunches had a teaspoon of meat all on 1 sideinstead of evened out and mostly lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese - really dry to eat because of it. Then the other one hadmore meat but hardly and lettuce or cheese so again, just mostly shell. My boyfriend got a fiesta bean burrito and it was 95%beans with a smidge of guacamole and rice on one side of the burrito. The shift at that time did not really care to be there andit seemed like we were just an inconvenience to them even though I was very friendly and smiling. I understand there's a laborshortage in some fast food places so there's not much staff to keep up with demand but we were the only ones in line at the timeand we mobile ordered; didn't even order at the intercom. The food was not very fresh or warm. I was charged for red sauce sides when every other TB I have ordered them at are free; then... there was literally barely anything in the containers. In fact, all 3 containers' contents wouldn't even have filled one. Thesame thing with the nacho cheese sides I paid for. My nacho cheese dorito loco tacos barely had anything in them as well. Order was taken by Serenity. She specified what drinks she had and then got rude when you asked about the freeze, but only... specified the fountain drinks. She then ask do you still want drinks and I specify No! got to the window and my total was thefull cost. She charged me for two Pepsis that I did not ask for and had the nerve to get an attitude and tell me she was sickand tired of the Customers coming through the window. Had you listen to the order when it was originally given and what youasked me, you would?ve known correctly refund me my money without an attitude next time. That was on you!
