Subway had a promotion today for their new sandwiches. Between the hours of 10 am and noon they were giving away free 6 inch... subs. This was on Clark Howard's blog (Atlanta's financial guru) 2 days ago. I went in at 11:15 am today. Was told thatcorporate just told them about the promotion this morning (??) and did not tell which key to use on the computer to say they hadgiven away a 6 inch sub! Manager then said they were not participating in the promotion! REALLY REALLY bad customerservice!!!!! Thank goodness I usually never go to Subways. Read more
Went over and beyond and EXCEPTED MY EXCEPTATIONS! I called around to different Subways to request for 6 platters of subs.... Either they did not answer their phones, they do not do catering there, or I had to call back and speak to the owner/manager ata later time. But not this Subway! The district manager, Mike, contacted me, was very accommodating, professional, and made mefeel like a was a friend than a customer which I so appreciated! He followed up with me and reconfirmed my order prior to thedate of needing the platters. The food was fresh, delicious, and had all the dressings on the side like I requested and morethings that I didn't think of to ask for! He even texted me back to see if everything was okay. Rather surprised by the negative reviews of this place. I'm a local and have been to this Subway so many times that the owner... recognizes me, my husband, and my daughter. If one of us ever shows up without the other, he always asks after our family andhow we're doing. The food is always excellent, and sometimes they give free cookies just for being a loyal customer. I havenever had a bad experience here, and I've probably been here at least 30 times. Read more

Best subway I?ve ever been to hands down. I love their friendly staff and short wait times. They make their sandwiches with... quality and care and they keep the place very clean. I?ll never go to another Subway location besides this one in the Riversideplaza. Thanks guys!!! Read more
