Went in today and the lady didnt have her mask on when I walked in, she put her mask on but didn't wash her hands before putting... gloves on then she asked me if I want bacon on my sandwich which I didn't here the first time so asked her to say it again withthe gloves on she removed her mask to talk, I asked her to change her gloves and she had an attitude and started mumblingsomething. Very unpleasant experience! For starters, I ordered off of the mobile app and when I arrived to pick up my food, the store was... closed! I filed a complaint to the corporation because the app should not let you place an order if the store is closed.Secondly, the store owner called me very upset that I filed a complaint. He said he was in the store but all the lights wereshut off and there was no open sign. He told me he was going to give me a refund but that has not yet happened. I don?t usuallywrite reviews but I just have to share my experience with this because I don?t want others to do the same. This is seriously ascam. I will be spreading the word about this particular subway because I have not had this problem with other subways. If Icould rate a 0 I would. Ordered online went to pick up and they are closed!!! My money was taken yet we have nothing. I was already out once and do not... feel like returning to get my food hours later.
