It was not a good experience. You have to use the kiosk and they did not have the capability of accepting cash. I prefer using... cash. My burger had ketchup and pickles on it. The chili is pretty great especially compared to that red headed fast food place that shall not be named. Get the hot dog combo... and now you?ve got a good chili dog. The fries need some help though. They?re entirely too small to be served cold time and timeagain. Read more

I am a big fan of steak and shake but in recent years "part of it's charm" has been lack luster service... Like taco bell. Not... this restaurant. This particular Stake&Shake was spotless, great looking good and filled with very courteous and genuine peoplewho just so happened to be making me food. I am not sure what happened, maybe I was served old buns. The sandwich fell apart as soon as I unwrapped it. 8.56 for a meal,... only to have the bread fall apart and be soggy. Won't ever return and showed my entire office to encourage them to stay away. Read more

We used to come here with the whole family, and have a great time. I know since the pandemic, there has been a drop in service... and this has been the case here. They have changed the menu, and you have to make sure ask for lettuce and tomato, and evidentlythey have changed the size of the items as well. I went there yesterday, and ordered a single cheese burger combo with lightmustard, ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomato, and a large chili. Get to the windows and pay, ask for receipt, and then realized Ineeded crackers for the chili, I was told after received the order,there are no cookies for the chili. I don't think I willever return again, unless they make huge changes. As you can see from the pictures, this had to be one of the most sloppiestburgers ever made. Pretty good! Workers are fast and kind. Food cooked well with refillable self service drinks. Milkshakes were made fast and... tasty. Not too crowded but not too empty during peak hours. Had a pleasant experience going after the rush. One of the bettersteak n shake locations we have. Read more

Ordered from this location on doordash, it only took 15 minutes to reach me. I ordered a shake, a large fry and and medium fry?... I was given this tiny thing thrown in a brown paper bag as well.. ON TOP OF THAT, they were burnt and hard as a rock. Definitelywon?t be ordering food from here anymore. 2 stars only because the shake was good. Read more
