Everytime I come to this starbucks there seems to be a problem. They do either drive through or walk in but never both which is... very inconvenient. You pay for extra things in your drink and they always forget to add it. Would not recommend and I lovestarbucks as a company but NOT THIS LOCATION. Read more

I've had a few issues with my order. Whether I was given a chocolate croissant the wasn't warmed up or given a chocolate... croissant and a drink with a glob of chocolate on the cup. Or chocolate on my cup from an item I didn't order. Being in a rushis not excuse to give anyone their order as described. Read more

The most terrible experience I ever had. From 12 items 5 was missing ,none of the coffee (received 3 from 4) was made right. The... food we did get was slapy and cold. When I called the store they wasn't helpful at all absolutely ridiculous customer servicejust told me they uber don't work and nothing they can do , no apology or even attempt to fix it. Very sad for over 55 dollarsorder after uber 20 dollars discount originally my order was almost 80 bucks. A doordash person forgot my drinks on the order so I called this Starbucks to ask if I could just come get them, the lady kept... repeating that she would not give me my drinks because they had to be picked up by a doordasher.
