The service on the weekends at this location SUCKS!!! Granted they are " supposed" to open up at 6, a half an hour later than... the week days, but they never start on time. This starbucks IS NOTHING compared to the starbucks off Sugarloaf pkwy . As they take your order through the drive thru its as... if there rushing with a dull voice, no energy to work like "uhhhh. Is that gunna be it for you" after each item you ask for. Like noooo. I'm about to spend a good 40 dollars what's the rush, I sat thru drive thru for the past 15 min. Then when i getto pay and the cashier scanned my app for me to EARN points he COUNTED it TOWARDS MY ORDER WITH NO PERMISSION. LiterallyREDEEMED MY STARS when I was intending on paying cash !!!!!!! This place is always packed, not to mention customer service is RUDE. Which is oddly weird considering how close they are to... the hospital. I've been here about 5X since it's on my way to work, This last time I waited literally 20 min in the drive thruwith about 12 other cars in front of me. The drive thru area is small so cars were literally out by the stop sign. I get toorder my total is about 17 bucks with change. I wait a while more get to the window and when I hand him the 50 bill he sayssorry this starbucks doesn't accept bills larger than 20. Like WHATTTT??? Since when, and why make people wait over 30 min inthe drive thru with a screaming toddler hungry for his breakfast sandwich to get told sorry we can't take this. I was mainlyjust upset after waiting more than 30 min in the DRIVE THRU. Do better. I know yall had change how is this place moreexpensive than McDonald's and they can't provide change yet Dunkin an McDonald's does? Smh Read more
Because of a malfunctioning order printer, the person who was preparing the drinks did not get the order forwarded (I appreciate... her for taking care of order later on). It was the cashier, who took my order who could have noticed this and he didn?t followthrough, even though I was right there waiting. Finally I spoke to the manager and they started scrambling to get my orderready. I ended up waiting for more than 25 minutes. Read more
Omg they were wonderful!! We took our puppy to get her first pupcup and the associates were waiting to see her!!! She was so... excited and the service was wonderful, extremely personable and fast!! Seriously will drive the extra 10 minutes to get mycoffees from here rather than the DD next to my house. Read more

Thank you to the... management team for training your team members to be respectful to every client that comes by. Every time I come to order here,I am always greeted and ask how is my day going. Those tiny details that every business takes for granted? Imagine if everybusiness does this to their clients, their businesses would skyrocket like never before.
