On 11/6/22 I went through the drive through and ordered 2 Venti sized drinks. I even said ?can I vent , I mean can I get a... venti..? I get to the window they hand me a grande. I asked for the correct size that I ordered and she said it said grande whenI said Venti for both. I overheard a co worker in there with attitude saying ?did she want a venti cup or did she order a ventidrink? they handed me back my drink in a venti cup not even all the way full. First they messed up my order then they handed methis (see photo) after I asked and ordered 2 Venti sized drinks. I drove off after because I didn?t feel like dealing with theattitude and incorrect size again. As I was drinking my drink I noticed a little black thing in my drink. I visited this store today and ordered a Apple Crisp Oatmeal Creme Frappuccino Blended Beverage. This not a coffee drink but... coffee was added to the drink. Also ordered a Vente Pikes Place no cream or sugar but cream and sugar were added to my drink.This is horrible service. Read more
I love going to the Starbucks but I feel like they mess up my orders all the time there was an instance where I asked for soy... milk and they actually gave me regular milk and I saw them pour it in there so please be careful when it comes to ordering andwatch what they put in your drinks. Yesterday morning I asked for the pink drink(drive-thru) but didn?t know what the top layer was called. The young lady said it... but I wasn?t for sure because I just recently started ordering drinks from Starbucks. I get to the window and I showed anotheryoung lady a picture of the drink and she oh yeah that?s the cold foam we could do that! My smile instantly turned into a frownwhen I saw the young lady with braids with attitude tell her I asked her if she wanted cold foam. She was absolutely right butthe attitude she gave was such a turnoff. Since there is literally 3 other Starbucks in the area I will try one of them. Read more

Always great to visit any Starbucks and have consistent products available. Good coffee served here. Unfortunately we had to... wait a long time to get our order (14 minutes due to printer glitch not printing our order tickets). Staff was apologetic andhelpful resolving this issue. If this had not happened, it would have been a five star rating. Read more
Not happy with their service ordered a venty caffe americano with heavy cream . The coffe was missing the heavy cream. Called... the store they tall me to come back the next day will give another coffe. The next day the manager refuse to fix the problemeven showing her the ticket.The store is in the shopping center in 120 and 316 gwinett county. Read more
