2 of the employees I seen did not look groomed or ready to work. The server handed me a soda with a messy cup and my fries where... slightly burnt and dry. I tried going to a area where I thought I would get good service but Sonic is sonic. It?s bad enough noone wants to work, maybe if y?all paid your employees more they would take pride in their work. I came in tonight to get food for my family, much later than we normally... eat, but this day has been filled with unpredictable challenges. 2 orders weren't correct (although they had already closed by11pm), the manager took the time to make the correct food for my children. God bless the manager! This is the best Sonic ever!Some places (Lilburn Sonic) has great food, but terrible customer service; even closing earlier than posted time. I?ve been here twice. Both times were during. Typical dinner hours, when staff should be available and expecting a crowd. The... first time took several minutes to get staff to take my order, but once it finally arrived it was good. On my second visit, Iattempted to wait in a drive in spot and never got anyone to answer the bell. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I attempted thedrive through. The person in front of me also was not receiving any help. Both of us wound up leaving with nothing. This was atabout 6:30pm. We did see employees in the restaurant, but no orders were taken. Excellent experience compared to other locations. Ordered an Oreo milkshake, small onion ring, and large mozzarella sticks.Small... onion ring bag was filled! Mozzarella sticks were delicious, so was my milkshake. I was given all of my sauces. Food was fresh.They only forgot my straw for my drink other than that, great food, great price. Read more
