This location has NONE/ZERO redeemable qualities. Went here today and 3 of the employees are at one car happy smiling giggling.... NOT doing their jobs. This is the worst location ever!! I would never will never go here again it is done. Went to 3 stalls onone side all broken. NOT labeled. Then to the other side in the sun and first 2 dead. Then I finally pull into one and push thered button and nothing sit sit sit I had to leave and still there was no help at that button. I hope you go out of business soonyou worthless store!! Waste my time to even pull off the road to go to. New update: TOTAL FAILURE!!! DON'T GO!!!! The currentemployees do not care at all and it shows in the way the serve. I had the worst food ever from here my last visit. The food wasnot done and overdone. Raw dough on the cinna-snacks. If you value your money do NOT go here it is really bad!!!!! Update: Thisrestaurant is back! Yay! I had a very yummy and satisfying meal. My favorite Super Sonic Bacon Double Cheeseburger! For sure I?drecommend it! It?s wonderful. All the past times I?ve been recently, all of them, the burgers are overdone... BURNT! Tastingawful. I love the Bacon Supersonic Double Cheeseburger! So good... big real pieces of bacon. I would leave zero stars but I can?t. I was there only 5 minutes ago came home looked in my box and this is what I find. Tenders... so over cooked they?re inedible it?s ridiculous to make matters even worse I waited 25 minutes for this. I asked for tenderswith a large fry and a strawberry limeade and to please not put the lime rind in the drink. My drink has a lime rind in it AND IHAVE FREAKIN TOTS!!! Drop up to park ordering. They were out of soda. The lady that was taking orders clearly was not listening because we had to... repeat our order 7 times. This place is horrible , I have been here 3 times in a week. Each time the wait was long, I order on mobile app then was told... they weren't taking orders at stalls. I had to inform them I had a mobile order pick-up. I then waited 30 mins for the orderjust for it to be wrong and cold. On day 2 I thought maybe it was the time so I went at a different time but same thing. So Iwas like okay maybe they're under staffed. So 3rd and last time it was the same thing. Long wait , no orders at stall. I had toagain remind them I was here for mobile order. And the MANAGER stated that their was only 1 person working and I needed to knockon door. But I realized she was talking from outside the building near the entrance of parking lot. Her and another employeewas putting up a sign outside while the line was backed up and people had to get out of car to get their mobile orders. Visited this location twice in one week. First time I waited in drive thru my wait time was 17 min. Finally made it to the... speaker, waited another 8 minutes before I pulled off. Second visit there were 2 vehicles in front of me. Waited 20 minutestotal and only one car moved. I gave up. I really like sonic drinks but I will never patronize this restaurant again. Read more

I go here more often than I should. Its hit or miss with them. Typically worst at night. I was the only person there & waited... over 10 mins for food thinking its going to be fresh since im waiting. It tasted like its been sitting out all day. Buns werestale. Double bacon burger had ONE piece of bacon split in half. The Honey BBQ popcorn chicken NEVER has enough sauce on themand the chicken was DRY! My autistic son who refuse to eat anything but chicken bit into one and simply said, "Noooooo." Pushedit away & got up from table. $17 for this bs and the quality of food here lately has been terrible. Also not sure why it says0.21 cent change on my receipt if I paid with my CARD! Ordered ahead since I didn?t know if it?s going to be busy around the area, surprisingly dead. Been here a bunch of times. My... go to Burger place if I have the time to drive all the way here. The Sonic off pleasant-hill closed down. Always worth thedrive. Still has the retro vibe. Thank God the servers doesnt skate any longer, then I?ll have to tip even more. Read more
