Got a 2 meat plate. Smoked half chicken and smoked rib?s. Both sauced very well, tasty, but NO smoke tasted in the meat. The... ribs were good, I wouldn?t say tender but I would say fall off the bone, tasty, mopped on sauce and I ate it all. I noticed amustard flavor base in all the sauces I got. The beans were generic, the Mac was good, cheesy and tasty as well. I would go backconsidering BBQ but for smoked food, I didn?t even taste any smoke at all! Read more
Been here a few times. It's good but slow compared to other locations. Unfortunately, this time I came in and stood at the... counter, but the lady was too busy talking in the back to realize anyone was there. I waited and waited and she started to comeout front but stopped just short of the counter. She was still engaged in a personal conversation with someone in the kitchen,so she went back there again. Twice she started to come to the front, but never made it or acknowledged that a customer waswaiting to order food. I gave up. Good food on my last visit but they do not value my time or money. First time trying the food I ordered a sampler plate. The food was okay meat was on the dry side, and the mac and cheese had no... crust or flavor. Surprisingly the loaded pulled pork fries were quite tasty and the best thing from my order. I'm willing to trythis place again but must say the prices are a little higher than they should be. Good here is genuinely consistently good and the same. Every now and then potato salad tastes more like mustard but very... consistent place. I prefer their chicken tenders and peach cobbler. I go here at minimum once a month. Read more
