Was craving pizza so I came to the mall specifically to get a Stromboli and a slice of cheese pizza for my son. I waited for in... line for literally 30 minutes. I?m also 4 months pregnant and was also craving ice water. I was charged $3 for a bottled water,when I received a small cup of ice water. I went up and asked the young man who served me why I was charged for bottled waterwhen I didn?t ask for or receive it and he said it was the same price. So I said then why wasn?t I informed of that before youcharged me? He literally had nothing to say. And to add insult to injury, somebody came up behind me at the same time andrequested a cup of ice and they were not charged. I wasn?t being cheap, I literally WANTED an ice water. Not soda. Poor Customer Service! After standing in line w/a cane for 20+min I ordered combo slice cheese(any side)&drink. Out of all... pastas but MacNCheese. Made me pay full price for each item& .30cents for cup of ice (6pc ice), Pepsi was flat & the Mac washorrible &cost more than the slice of reheated pizza. Highly Disappointed! Read more
I wanted a pasta platter with ziti, chicken, and breadsticks. Ziti was cold and undercooked. I wanted chicken but the person... prepping the meal for us had a ?whatever? attitude and didn?t bother to let the kitchen or people behind know that they were outof chicken, or at least, the people behind her didn?t hear her and didn?t bother to speak up about it. The only person that hadto speak up about it was the cashier. If I were to get the chicken, I?d have to wait 10-20 mins for a small amount of chicken.If the meatballs weren?t enough, the chicken isn?t either. Breadsticks were the only thing I sorta enjoyed on the platter meal.My advice, there are way better options here than this place where you can get your food hot and ready, right off the stove oroven. It was 3pm today (a Friday) and I went to get my child who is autistic and who only eats pizza a slice. When the two rude... employees told me they were closed. Moments later my husband was served as to when I was turned away. That's so unprofessionaland absolutely rude and we all know why I was turned away. I am beyond disappointed and I hope you guys learn not to treatpeople like that. Read more
The service here is terrible. I?ve been standing in line for 40 minutes now without having ordered yet. If they are out of one... item and someone wants it, they do not serve the people behind them. They make everyone wait for that pizza to be made. Not tomention the employee making the pizzas was talking on her phone the whole time I was in line and was not wearing a hairnet. Sbarro is new to this mall. The food is good however the customer service could be better. The man has attitude and the woman... seems like she doesn?t know what she?s doing. They are packed with people and there are only two people working. Now you knowwhy the man is with attitude and the woman with no clue. I tries purchasing a soda only moments after I order my food. She saidI would have to go all the way to the end of the line if I wanted to purchase a soda. I took by business elsewhere so I willcontinue to go the the Sbarro in Mall of Georgia where they have much better service and full staff. Read more
