Bad customer service, bad management, I just visiting this weekend and I will not coming back again. We have to wait 40 minutes... every time we want another drink?. The ? chicharrón ? bad cook. The ?security? very disrespectful and the live music 3 hourslate!! Horrible ???? Read more

I do not understand the one star reviews for this restaurant, however they are doing something right for holding a four star... average! Because of that four star average I decided to dine in with my boyfriend on a Friday night. Neither of us weredisappointed. The restaurant crowd was slow, which was a surprise for it being a Friday night - we weren?t complaining though.The atmosphere is what caught us in awe. We really enjoyed the decor which is what made this restaurant that much better. It isvery clean, including the bathrooms. We ordered two waters, a 32oz XX lager with a Tajin rim and a lime, a passion fruit andlater a prickly pear mojito, regular cheese dip with jalapeño, steak fajitas and three steak tacos. The beer was cold, crispand our waitress Libia did amazing with the tajin rim. The mojitos did not lack alcohol, were bursting with flavor and the glassware was adorable. The cheese dip with jalapeño was definitely spicy but that?s how we like it. The quantity of the food Iwould give 10/10, the quality is more of a 8/10 but still delicious. There was also LIVE music at I believe around 6:30/7pm andkaraoke at 8:00pm. I hands down 10/10 LOVED the live music. The songs were beautifully sung and greatly picked! All in all Igive 4-stars. Libia wasn?t AS attentive as we would have preferred but it was VERY slow for the restaurant therefore weunderstood and did not put up a fuss about it. Also gave 4-stars just because of the over all presentation of the food andquality of the food. All in all, Libia was an amazing waitress with such a bubbly personality, great dance moves and was assweet as could be! We will be asking for her next time. The atmosphere is unique, eye catching and amazingly decorated. The foodis hot, quick, delicious but the over all presentation and quality could use some adjustments. Drinks are weak, prices are hidden, you never actually know the price of the beverage until the bill comes, how lovely!? Salsa,... me and my wife both locked eyes and said... is this from a JAR? My biggest ? of this week will be just that, not evenkidding.. Food was average, if you smother anything in cheese it will taste good, I will not be back, there are several betteroptions in less than 1.0 mile radius, reviews never lie, and yes on top of the hidden prices they add a Credit Card fee at theend on top of it all and do not tell you, rule #1 in the service industry DONT hide things from the customer.
