Amazing, I'm so upset I didn't discover this treasure before. I sat at the bar & Kelly was so great, I even took her meal... suggestion. I dont speak Spanish, but she was so patient with me. Food was incredible & presented beautifully. I am a newregular customer. Their version of salsa was incredible & completely unique, & my new favorite ????! P.S. I ordered their ceviche the Pescado medium spicy and it was great. I thought it could be a little bit spicier but then again... maybe my tolerance is a little bit higher .. lol. I ordered some additional spice on the side and it made due. The food tastedgreat, I?ll be back to try some other dishes! Read more
Very disappointed with the food today at @SaborInka it was missing the ?Sabor? (flavor) in all our dishes. We started with a... causa missing the Aji flavor, also the Huancaina sauce was watery? The main dishes (picture) Arroz Chaufa was greasy, theParihuela didn?t have mariscos flavor was more like a semolina soup, and the Arroz de Mariscos I had to hunt for them almostnone with very little seafood flavor plus onions not flavored just raw. It was my favorite Peruvian restaurant before thepandemic. Another incident was when we arrived and noticed favoritism to a customer that looks like knew the staff and wasseated before two of us already waiting. The only reason I give 2 stars is that the staff is very nice and the food was servedquickly. I'm not sure if I will return since they are almost 40mins away. It was a pleasant experience to eat here because even tough it was full capacity on mother?s day at dinner time, we waited for... like just 15 min for a table. Hostess was really nice and our waiter Leo was very kind and provided good service. Food was yummyand it was served fast and plates arrived hot, Ceviche Inca was a big portion which is amazing. Love this place! They give you sliced breads with green hot sauce to start with as you wait for you food and it is amazing! We... love their Ceviche Inka. We got this dish every time we come here! It is raw fish that slightly cooked due to the lime juice. Wealso usually get their Chaufa De La Casa to share as well. It is almost like Chinese fired rice. My husband got their TallarinVerde con Churrasco twice now because he love this dish. You can tell the server how you like the steak and it will come outperfect the way you like it! The drinks are also amazing! I love their red sangria. My husband ordered their Algarrobina thelast time we were there and it was also amazing! This is a must try place! Read more
Very clean and friendly! If you like meat and fish dishes, this place is probably great!! The drink menu looks great too. Im... vegetarian and gluten free so it wasn't the best choice for me. For lunch I ordered vegetarian ceviche listed in the vegetarianmeals section and it was just a piece of sweet potato, yucca and onions in lime juice brine with garnish for 16.99. It lookedbeautiful but I couldn't eat much of it. It should be listed as an appetizer. Perhaps I ordered poorly... Give it a chance. :) Read more

Sabor Inka is definitely worth driving OTP (outside the perimeter) to eat. We've always thought Peruvian food is top notch and... this place does not disappoint. The menu is extensive. The portions are huge, yet the food isn't too heavy. It is intimating tosee some food smothered in sauce but the sauces are light and have deep flavors. Highly recommend coming here in a group toshare plates. The Aguadito de Mariscos is a very comforting soup. Plenty of parking. Service is great!
