They have way too many servers hanging out in the kitchen but apparently no one to serve customers. We went to eat at 4pm on a... Saturday for a party of 4 and had to wait 25 minutes for a table. Dining room was practically empty. Server puts in order andthen never to be seen again until we were ready for the check. They try to be efficient with the tablet ordering system butultimately fail with customer service. Bottomless fries? Be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes to get them. Read more

Went 10/5 around 8 we were told there was a 45 Min wait. We waited about 20 min then went to ask about bar seating. The... hostess "intervened" and that's being polite, and told us we could sit and drink but not order food until we waited the 45minutes. I have NEVER heard of this type of treatment, we wait about 10 more minutes and she's sitting at the bar and multipleparties are leaving. I ask how much longer do we have to wait and the manager comes and seats us. She is a control freak andhas no priorities related to customers. Please get another hostess. The food is good, but the experience with the service is totally NOT. (I've been there twice). Uncleaned tables (and when... cleaned left totally wet); some servers apparently work for the need of money (do not matter if you come back or not); thereception: people that don't even look at your face; the supervision of employees: apparently non-existent when in a basicallyempty place, the receptionist has to run herself back to see a place to sit people. 3 stars is because of the food. I took my daughter for her 18th birthday. We also went two years ago for her sixteenth birthday, totally different experience... from last time. It was busy, but the 15 to 20-minute wait turned into 25 to 30. Maybe short-staffed, I don't know. We got to ourtable and got our Waters, and there was something in my glass. They replaced it of course, and then when daughter got her foodthere was hair in her Burger. I really feel that they should have comped at least her meal. I also let them know it was herbirthday so that she could get her ice cream, which apparently was forgotten. Our server was really nice, but the other thingsovershadow the experience. Ordered a burger with no pink and my burger is clearly pink inside. And this was after waiting over 30 minutes past the pickup... time for my order. Drove all the way back to speak to the manager and I?m standing here waiting yet again. Apparently he?s toobusy serving up raw burgers to address a customer service issue. I will not be back.
