When I was younger, my best friend stay next door to my childhood home. Since he was next door, I use to jump the fence to get... to his house, even though my dad told me to stop doing it countless amount of times. On one sunny after noon, I wanted to hangout with my best bud so what do I do? I jump the fence, but this time, my shoe got stuck in the fence and I fell face first intoa bush the led to my lip being split right down the middle. Blood was everywhere and I needed stitches for weeks to repair thedamage. I said all of that to say this. I would rather relive that moment 100X?s than go to this Popeyes again. The service ishorrible and they?re always out of something. One night I went, and they were out of chicken. Like, how is that even possible?My skin crawls every time I pass by this Popeyes. Jesus. Seriously done with this place! The comment on my last review made me think to give this place another try. The point of... ordering online for pick up is so I DON'T have to wait in the drive thru line for pick up! Got to the door and it's close. Thecashier says drive thru only, I said am picking up and he says drive thru only. WTH?!! This is ridiculous! I'm frustratedsitting behind people! WORST PART: I get to the window and these idiots says they don?t sell the tenders at this location andto get my refund online! What?!!! I just wasted over a hour for NOTHING! Time spent in Drive thru was 27 minutes. Only 5 cars ahead of me. It's 8 pm and you can't walk in the dinning room to order. I... see 3 employees sitting. 3 in the kitchen. Second time visiting this location. First impression was pretty decent. This time we arrived at 10:15pm due to google stated... closing was not until 12:00am. We were comfortable with venturing in this direction because several other locations shared thesame 12:00am closing time. When we arrived a representative came to the intercom and advised they were closed. Please updateyour business hours to reflect the true closing time. Open restaurants are somewhat hard to find after 10 so these types ofupdates are helpful to the consumer. Read more
Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Especially the light skinned dude with black hair.Chicken tasted like straight grease with no... flavor. After driving off and checking my food, I guess they were out of tops for the sides because they turned a soda lidupside down to cover my rice. I need a refund! I was not about to eat that. I had a mobile order set to be picked up from inside when I... got there the guy inside just put his hand in the air and made a circle like go to the drive-thru okay so I do that I get to thewindow none of the sauces that are requested where in my bag I had to ask for them I did not receive any utensils and I forgotmy daughter's large fry I called five times as I drove back to the restaurant nobody ever picks up here I cut in line and pulledup to the window told them I was missing my large fry and he just handed me the box of large fries no bag or anything this isridiculous!! I have eaten at this location several times and it would seem to be much better last summer than it is now. But they did fix the... massive pothole that used to be behind the building. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich and a hot apple pie for my dinner.Last summer it used to be really big piece of chicken that would actually hang outside of the bread it was so large and it wascrispy on the outside and delicious on the inside. It was a little bit on the soggy side this time and I bit into it and it was"done"... But it was not really a 100% cooked. (If you know what I mean.) I like my chicken done all the way through. I'mtalking "White" inside... no pink! It might feel done when you starving and you just decide to keep eating. But I had to takethis chicken and put it in a container and put it in the microwave for about 45 seconds to finish cooking this dinner. If mygrandmother saw this chicken sandwich she would have slapped me. (LoL) The apple pie tasted okay but it wasn't fantastic. Thiswhole meal reminds me of a restaurant called "Golden Skillet". They used to have the same chicken sandwich way way back a longlong time ago and it was very good. This sandwich was okay... but I hate to say that I probably would have to go to anotherlocation to see if somebody can do it better. Read more
