I?m giving 3 stars for customer service only, because when I picked up the pizza, the staff was very nice. Unfortunately though,... the pizza was undercooked and had WAY TOO MUCH CHEESE. And that?s maybe why the thick crust pizza was undercooked. My familyare Papa John?s and Italian Pie pizza lovers, but when we were in London recently, we had Pizza Hut pizza twice from 2different locations that tasted really good. So when we got back home, i ordered one again from this location for my son. Bigmistake. It was the nastiest pizza. This was the first time my 16 year old son who eats everything, did eat but only 1 slice ofpizza. This pizza also costed over $16, and I could have gotten 2 pizzas at Papa John?s for the same price. Therefore we willnot return, and we will continue eating Papa John?s or Italian Pie. Read more
Jefferson contacted his GM and asked him if they could make an exception and deliver a pizza to me in an area 2 mins away that... wasn't apart of their area and he said okay. Jefferson went above and beyond. Then Tai delivered my pizza really fast. Read more
Our pizza with meatball and beef was super fast. When I got there, it was waiting for me, no more than 15 minutes. It was still... hot when I got home, and the crust was perfectly crispy! Thank you! Read more
Ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza tonight and cinnamon rolls. The pizza so was SO dry!!! There was just a tiny... spinels of cheese on the pizza! Awful to skimp customers on cheese! Also looks like they changed their pepperonis here too. Ourpizza takes like dry dough with sauce and pepperoni. The only nice cheese spots were where the stuffed crust oozed onto thepizza. Honestly, I do NOT like pizza unless it's from Marcos. If my husband orders for himself, I MAY eat a slice and that's it but for... some reason, today WE both wanted pizza and I purchased a box. Two pizzas with pasta. I must say EVERYTHING was great.....EXCEPTthe crunchiness of the pasta. Otherwise, I would have given them five stars. Read more
I ordered a pizza from this location last night online at 9:40pm. After check out I realized that the delivery time was 11:45pm.... Waaaaay too late for pizza. I called and tried to ask if it would be better to pick it up but was on hold for 10+mins and gothung up on 3 times. So I sent my fiance up the street to the location to pick it up since I was assuming they were running lowon drivers.(happens, whatever) Upon arriving my fiance asks to substitute the cinnamon sticks for chessesticks(food allergyreasons). He guy up front says sure it would just be a 15min wait. (Better than 2hours) so 15mins is up and the guy at thecounter shows him the dinner box and it's the original box with the cinnamon sticks. The guy at the counter says he would fix itand at this point my fiance is upset the he was supposedly waiting on cheese sticks and didn't get them after waiting. Heeventually just accepted the pizza and asked for a refund for the rest of the order. The counter guy caught an attitude andsent him on his way. Got home and the pizza we received was piss poor, cold, barely any bacon and weird cracked crust. Not goingto this location anymore. Jose, the manager was very rude and unprofessional. Read more
Usually I receive decent service from this location, however I was truly disappointed due to the service by Door Dash and the... quality of my food. I don't know who thought it was ok to send out burnt food to anyone paying their hard-earned money. If I'dknown they partnered with Door Dash I would have canceled because I've yet to have a positive experience because I've always hadsomeone who didn't speak the same language The driver was rude, and my seal was not in tack on my pizza box therefore the pizzawas not delivered in the bag to keep it warm but when I asked why was the seal broken of course he couldn't understand what Iwas asking. I hated I pretipped and hated being placed on hold a second time for over an hour. I took pictures of the burntmelts and the broken seal. Read more
