I have worked in customer service as a Store Manager for 20 yrs.Regardless of the hustle and bustle in your store, the customers should always come first. I came in, no greeting.I ordered myfood and was ignored after that. I was the only customer in the store. A manager came out doing something, stared, no greeting.They took a long time dealing with drive through before I received my meal. I actually left, sat in my car for a while, wentback in and still had to wait! ???? I will still go there but the customer service could be better. Read more
