I ordered an extra cheese pizza through Door Dash and this is what I received! This is terrible.
Three years ago I gave this resturant a two and nothing has changed for the better. They are unapologetic when things go wrong,... un willing to make concessions for delivery fees when we have to go pick the order up after they fail to deliver it in areasonable time, full of excuses and quick to pass blame. We call asking why the delivery is 25 minutes late only to tell usthe order is sitting there waiting on a driver and it will be another 20 minutes. They were perfectly happy delivering us hourold pizza while making every excuse to avoid takeing any responsibility for any of the issues. Read more

Whole experience is just pathetic. The delivery driver left my pizza sitting outside on the floor for 30 minutes without... knocking on my door. When I called they said they were short delivery drivers and had to use door dash, then offered to remakeand send. But if you?re short staffed then no I don?t want to wait. Then realized I had pre tipped the delivery driver and nowI?m furious because they deserved $0!! THEN go to eat the pizza and it?s just gross!!! Despite the poor reviews, my experience was excellent. I had a medium pepperoni pizza and a customized papadia ordered for... delivery. It was baked and delivered faster then the estimated time. I love the papa tracker online, you can actually see thevehicles movement on the map. I think the delivery man got a little lost in my apartment complex but I don?t blame him becauseapartments are way to confusing. The gentleman who delivered my food was very friendly, polite, upbeat and efficient. I wish Ihad gotten his name (tall skinny, glasses, dark short hair, drove a silver sedan). Most delivery drivers have such poorattitudes so it was nice that he had such a good attitude. My food was scorching hot, fresh ingredients (I had gotten tomatoesin my papadia), and the food was very presentable. I will definitely order from here again. I also ordered my food at 11:15pmand they close at 12:00 so I honestly didn?t expect the process to run smoothly or the food to taste as good as it did! Read more
