Slow, and both of my pizzas were wrong. Said they would bring pizza out to me in 7-8 minutes and it ended up being over 40... minutes. I ordered a veggie supreme and pepperoni stuffed crust. I received regular pepperoni and a meat and veggies supreme. Read more

I think that the pizza sauce is disgusting at L'il Caesar's. That being said, the service at this location was pretty good. Good... for cheap pizza in a hurry. They have pizza portals that keep your pizza hot until you arrive, if you are the online orderingtype. Read more

I only order take out in person at the store. About 3 months ago the store had a large (50+ pizzas) order and were backed up.... Delivery orders were lost, people stormed out of the store waiting for orders that had been long since confirmed. After waitingover 45 minutes for a simple pepperoni pizza I asked the manager to give me whatever was available. She gave me a stuffed crustpizza and I left. Since then I have noticed a continued problem with phone in orders being lost when people come to get them. Read more

The overall experience was about a 6.5 - 7. I ordered 4 pizzas (3 stuffed crust pepperoni, 1 stuffed crust cheeese) using the... app. The app said my pizza would be ready in 18 minutes. I sat outside in the car when I got there waiting to see my name on thepizza portal. I received the online notification that my order was ready so I went inside. My name was still not on the pizzaportal. They had a table near the oven with approximately 9-10 pizzas on it. The two people boxing pizzas kept opening theboxes to see what was in them. I thought that was the purpose of the tags they put on the boxes. ???? when I told them my name &my order they went to the table and started opening pizza boxes to find my order. After a few minutes (and opening 7 pizzas)thev gave me my order. This is a better experience than I had at the Lawrenceville-Suwanee location (which I will NEVER orderfrom again), but not exactly the model of efficiency. At least the workers here were friendly. Online ordering was a problem. At 6pm, I ordered 2 pizzas to be picked up at 8pm. 10 minutes later, I got a text saying my pizza... was ready (2 hours too early). I decided to just drive down there and they had made one pizza and not the other. So, I had towait for them to make the other one. So, I ended up having to go early and wait, just go get my pizza 2 hours before I actuallywanted it. That was definitely irritating. But, I'm still giving this place 4 stars because: 1) Everyone inside was reallynice. And 2) The pizza was legitimately really good. I mean, for being little Caesars. This location is hit or miss. I've been often enough to have a all types of different level service. I have two small kids so I... always go through the drive thru. Some workers are friendly and pleasant, some are not. Some days we get fresh out the ovengooey cheese pizza, sometimes we don't. Don't order delivery from this place because they use doordash as your driver and if the guy doesn't show up, you can't get your... money back. The customer service for problems with an order is atrocious, too. Now I have to go through my bank to recoup my$40. Below is a pic from the doordash confirmed delivery.
