It would be helpful if you updated your hours on Google to reflect that you are closed on Tuesdays. After getting your updated... prices over the phone a couple of weeks ago, I asked your employee if you can accommodate an order for 15 people for my Tuesdaynight meeting. She said, "YES! Do you want catering" I said, "No, I would prefer to pick it up on Tuesday right before mymeeting so the food will be HOT." She said, "Okay." Today is Tuesday and everyone has review your menu to tell me their dinnerselections. I swing by your place to place the order for a 6 pm pick up only to find that you are closed on Tuesdays. Youremployee could have told me that when I spoke to her two weeks ago OR YOU CAN UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE. Instead I wasstanding there with 3 other people at lunch time reading the sign on the door. REALLY IN 2022 YOU PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR ANDDON'T UPDATE YOUR ONLINE HOURS???? You wasted everyone's lunch hour time, driving to a place that is not even open. One lady, like me, had a list of orders for her office. Huge waste of time! Your apology does not cover the inconvenience. Read more

I normally do not go out of my way to leave a review but I had to. Although the customer service was great, the food was... tasteless, old, and dry. My rice had hard chucks in it and the bread and beef patty was dry and old. My cabbage had no flavorand the jerk chicken looked like meatloaf. I definitely will not be coming back. Read more

I have seen this spot many times as I passed by it. Decided to finally stop and try the place. It's okay. I have definitely had... better Jamaican food before. I guess having visited Jamaica in September and experiencing the food first hand makes comparingthe American Jamaican food version different. Read more

The customer service was great & employees were exceptionally nice. However, the food was unbelievably bland, no seasoning, I... honestly don't event believe salt & pepper on the cabbage, rice & peas & meat. I will say that the oxtails were some of themeatiest oxtails I've had, but with the lack of flavor, it doesn't really matter. Even the The cost was $27 & in my personalopinion not worth it at all. The positive reviews are obviously from people that have not had authentic Jamaican cuisine or maybe it is they have not had... homemade Jamaican food. The curry chicken was not edible at all; it was very dry and it should be tender if cooked properly. Therice and peas were horrible. The beef patty and the plantain were the only palatable parts of my order. The food is overpricedfor the quality of the food. I would not recommend this restaurant Read more
