I came September 7th 2022 at 9:20 not even near closing time to get told there closed and a car before me drive off angry cause... they where told they where close and I politely asked are you open all I got was where closed I said well you should place asign up and cashier says shut up so rude to talk to your customers like that and today I go through to see if I can order whichluckily to my day I actual could and over heard who look to be the manager tell someone to I?ve made more of it cause they closeat 10 which is so unprofessional to have such cashier like that running your store my cashier when I was manager never wheretaught to speak like that to customers they would always get tips for there service and would have regular ask for them on thereoff days cause they lived there service this is so sad to come here and just keeps getting worse hire new staff and properly ahigher boss should come to this location as a staff member and see how you guys run the business undercover so you can getinsider of your store a secret shopper that?s what checkers does they?re smart smh Read more

So this is hard for me because I try to only post positive feedback or constructive criticisms. My visit here makes it difficult... to do that. I visited the drive through here tonight, 9/7, around 8-8:30pm. The young lady at the window made it clear thatshe did not want to be there. She proceeded to tell me that they did not have any filets when I asked for a chicken sandwich. When I asked if they were cooking any or if there was a wait, she proceeded to say, "yes, the wait will be until tomorrow. " Sheproceeded to keep an attitude and cut me off when I asked if there was something else I can get to substitute by saying "SIR ISTHERE ANYTHING ELSE ORRR" I also work in customer service and retention and understand how it can be tough when things aren'tgoing your way due to things you cannot handle. However having a can't do attitude and making your lack of pride in your ownpersonal brand is not the customer's issue. This location has been the worst one I've been to, unfortunately. Read more

This place made me feel disrespected and being discriminated. The employee at the drive thru was so rude, he saw me there but... ignored me for a good minute to finish chatting and laughing with his coworker, then he turned over and staring at me up anddown. Do not greed or saying a word. I had to speak up first, then he cut me off before I even finish the sentence saying ? wedon?t have this, we don?t have that?. When I asked for adding the flavor to my chicken, he refused to change it and told me Ineed to go back in line if I want the change. Very unprofessional staff, rude, lazy. Place is not busy at all. Every time I drive by, only see one car there. This time, the... drive thru was closed and had to go inside to place my order. Two employees were chasing each other in the parking lot. Unableto get in touch of the managing partner, they did not have a business card for her. Food was very dry/old. Order was notcorrect. I have been coming to this KFC for a while now but as of lately everything has been terrible. The 1st bad experience I ordered a... 3 piece meal. I wanted a breast wing and a drum. I got 3 thighs. I took them back and they still gave me the wrong thing so Ijust decided gas was to high to go back again so I gave the food away. My 2nd visit I went to the drive thru once again. Therewas a sign telling me to order at the window. I went to the window and they told me to go inside and I did. The air-conditioningwas broke it was Mississippi Hot.???? I still placed my order asking for my 3 piece again. I got home and everything was messedup again.The chicken and Mac n cheese were both dried up. This has to be the most disgraceful KFC location I?ve ever been to. My family and I have been living in the area for 6 years and... I kid you not: we have NEVER had a pleasant experience! They either forget to place something in the bag that we have ordered,don?t have an item that is listed on the menu, the ?crispy chicken? is soggy, we have to pull up to wait for 10 minutes forsomething like CHICKEN to be cooked at a restaurant that specializes in making chicken, or worst of all, the attitude from thecashiers. I?m over it at this point. I?ve come here about 3-4 times always hoping that they will redeem themselves but amconsistently disappointed. Well, today was the end. I?m from southwest Atlanta and I am here to say that coming further out ofthe city limits does NOT guarantee better service. Order was complete but the order was placed online 30+ Minutes beforehand and I still had to wait another 20 minutes in the... lobby area. Our fries were half way filled, cold Mac and cheese, we were not given the amount of hot sauce we asked for and whenasked for a ?complimentary? dessert because of the long wait I was told ?no.? I spoke to Lamont and he said there was nothing hecould do and wasn?t going to give a complimentary dessert and he had others order he had to work on. What is the purpose ofplacing an online order when you are not gonna get it the time when it said it?s going to be ready? The order was supposed to beready by 7:48 pm and I didn?t leave the store until about 8:13 PM. I feel like this is inappropriate customer service and therewas no one that was going to take accountability for the lack of time and for me to sit there and wait an additional 20 minutes.I have placed orders online at other restaurants such as chipotle and our order is always ready on time when it says it?s goingto be. And, the customer service at this KFC is horrible and they were people just walking around in the restaurant cooking ortalking to other people and no one acknowledges you when you?re coming in and you just stand there. I am curious as to why otherrestaurants such as Chick-fil-A or chipotle acknowledge you and everything is done accordingly and you get your food in a timelymanner why are your employees not trained that way? What a disaster....I was in a mood for some good hot chicken. Man I was I disappointed. First off the wait time was ridiculous.... I waited in the line for at least 15 min and when I finally got to the order screen I was told to hold for another 5 min. Itwas ok I was motivated to eat some chicken. The first issue was I ordered a 3 piece white and received and three piece dark. Nota huge deal but I did pay for the white meat. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy with a extra side of Mac n cheese. When I gothome and opened my side of potatoes they had some kind of substance in them. It reminded of grits almost.
