So I pulled up to the drive thru speaker an they had a sign stating they were closing at 4pm. I patiently sat at the speaker for... 15 min for nobody to come to the speaker. I pulled around to the window an the young lady came to window who seemed to beannoyed that I didn?t just drive off. I asked were they closed an she said no an rolled her eyes an I proceeded to place myorder. I ordered a beach club meal with a sweet tea an a pickle. My sandwich was thrown together. When I tell you this has been the worst experience, I felt so compelled to write a review. Ordered 2 sandwiches, nothing even... needed to be modified. Get to the window, wait a long time before someone comes. Tell us they are making the tuna. Okay, noproblem, thinking it will take a few mins. 7 mins go by, they ask me to scoot up and wait. Almost 10 more mins go by, and Ithink maybe they forgot about us. So I back up to the window to ask to check in. A young fellow comes to the window and says heneeds to still needs mix mayo in the tuna and will be done shortly. More than 15 mins have gone by already... Another 8 minsgoes by, I ask my husband to go in and ask. He goes in and the fellow is behind the counter just laughing. He is watching videoson his phone!!! Not mixing the tuna or paying attention to it. OH AND HE WAS SCRATCHING HIS FACE AND HAIR WITH HIS BARE HANDSAND USING THEM TO MAKE SANDWICHES! I was shocked to see that. I wanted to leave so badly but we already paid and even getting arefund would take forever. Never. Never ever ever again. No urgency, no cleanliness. 30 mins for nothing. I?ve finally had enough bad experiences to review this Jimmy John?s location. I love the food food at Jimmy John?s but this... location always has something wrong going on. They?re often out of of bread and today they told me they weren?t doing unwhichswith no further explanation. Fast isn?t in their vocabulary. You?ll often wait in the drive through for 20 minutes for them tofinally get your order. The drive through is also incredibly difficult to get through. I suggest this location gets scraped anew one is built in a better location with better employees. Read more

I always have the best experience here. But last night was exceptional and great. My bill was $20 and some change. I gave Kevin,... the young man at the window $20 and I was looking for the exact change to give to him. He noticed that a $50 bill was alsoattached to the $20 bill and gave the $50 back to me. I was so impressed with this young man's honesty it truly blew me away.Thank you Kevin for being such a great person. Read more

My regular tuna sub came with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber and was good, but would have wanted tuna on the first bite, every... bite. The price of the sub and medium drink was decent, but the cashier did not give me my drink. When I asked her if this cupwas mine, she said yes, and actually indicated a small, whereas I paid for a medium. This place has potential, but needs work onfollow-through.
