Came in at 1PM for a sub to go. Line was long but the guy taking my order gave the whole place a great energy. Great... interactions with EVERY customer and treating team members great and offering them his help where he could. Glad to see goodservice is still around. Even had the team dancing to jump around and singing what they could lol. Thanks Rashaad and team forthe great food and great attitudes. This store is by far your best store with the best employees!! I go to Jersey Mikes frequently because I do love the sandwiches... and fresh meat but normally the employees are not happy, not efficient and not good at their jobs. This Lawrenceville Brown Roadstore has literately the best group of employees at any store. More stores should learn how to work as well as these employeesdo. They are friendly, fast, efficient and never make mistakes with your orders. Love these folks and I would much ratherdrive twice as far to get food from this store than another location. It's sad to see bad reviews for this place. while I know there are off days for any place my experience has always been... amazing. I have yet to find another sub place with more friendly staff or better subs. I always get the Philly and they rockevery time. I have tried other locations but this is the place I think of when I think Philly sub. Just writing this is makingme want one. Keep up the good work. you all rock!! Read more

Very impressed - the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and chipper. The restaurant overall was very clean and organized... and the food was delicious. The female employee I spoke with was eager to help me find a menu item I'd like with it being myfirst time there; she had a great sense of humor and honestly seemed to enjoy being there. Employees kept their masks on thewhole time and were diligent about following sanitation protocols. Returning to an earlier point, I was amazed with the foodquality - the 8" sub is nicely sized not just in length but in height, the ingredients taste fresh and the flavors were verypronounced; it easily beats Subway and even gives the Publix subs a run for their money. I will most definitely be back and Iencourage others to show this little place of big flavors and personality some love. Read more
Sandwiches didn't have the correct items on it or missing it altogether. Bread was soggy. Quality was lacking. Do not order... online or phone. Go into the store to ensure they do it correctly.
