This is mine and my wife's go to Chinese Restaurant. The food quality is almost a ten as well as portion size. We have been... going here for 25 years. I would rate it a 5 star. I order large size beef fried rice with vegetable( which... we pay for) and they didn’t add the vegetables also I’m not sure if they change the large size plates but this one is waysmaller than the one before. This used to be my go to spot. It's close and the food was decent and for a fair price. We get orange chicken every time because... my son loves it. Last time we got it he got sick so we didn't go there for a while. Last night he wanted it again and I warnedhim but he insisted it was only because he ate too much last time. The appearance of the place could use some work. I got the sesame chicken and wontons. The sesame sauce really had no flavor.... The wontons were old and soggy. I’m an older non-traditional college student at G.G.C. I ordered the chicken low mein and won-ton soup for one. I paid a... little under $8.00 before the tip. There are only two tables in the place, and it’s designed for take-out. The women at thecounter were super-friendly and I got an egg roll and chicken wing I wasn’t expecting. The egg roll was home-made and notover-fried. The chicken wing had a good amount of flavor. The soup was bland, but great for the price; the won-tons were notspiced too much, and the low mein was great--there was just a hint of sesame seed oil, and not too much sugar. There were saucepackets there to spice things up a bit and I will get some next time. There was a lot of sauce, which I could have had less of. I will eat here again. I am not sure why people throw shades at this restaurant. Before I arrived, I checked out some of themore recent low reviewers’ other posts to gauge the objectivity of the reviews. Wow.
