First time back in two years. Won't go back. Ordered a big fish/fries. Fish was cold and no fries until ready to leave. Ordered... 8 piece boneless wings/onion rings. Boneless wings were just barely warm. The onion rings were the only part of your lunch thatwas hit. Fries took forever to receive. WON'T GO BACK EVER. Has not changed. Always cold food!!!. Read more
I travel the country and go to a lot of restaurants. Many of those are Hooters. I can say, that the kitchen here is the best... one that I have come across. I love the girls and the regulars. Lots of fun here. This one is much better than the one thatis closer to my house. Read more
To sitting down and have a our waitress only visit our table to introduce herself and to come back later to drop the check is a... little insulting. There was another waitress with red hair who was a rockstar. She was the one who delivered the food to ourtable, But even with her awesome waitress performance it won?t save this store from a 1 star review. Cause even with herdropping of our food. The fries where stale and the wings were cold. Yeah Probably won?t be back ever again. Especially when allthe waitresses where focused on a guy tipping them cash by throwing it in the air as if it was a ?different? type ofestablishment if you catch my drift. If they focused more on their own tables the other patrons wouldn?t be dealing withreceiving cold food. Read more
Bad customer service. I had a mobile order that I wanted to make a small change to. I called and the girl on the phone assured... me that the change would be made. Surely enough when my order arrived the change I asked for was not made. And all I wanted wassome pickles and mustard on the side. Was that too much to ask for? Anyways they also forgot the cheese sauce I paid an extra $2for. The food is ok but definitely worth $50 for 10 wings, a burger and a chicken sandwich. And the side of fries arrived coldas well. Awful pick up experience. Order was placed at 8:50 to be picked up at 9:15. Food was not ready until 10:05. The restaurant was... maybe 1/3 full and did not appear understaffed. Hostess working the pickup desk looked at her phone and acted as if customerscoming in for pick up were an inconvenience. A number of intoxicated customers who were spilling drinks. Food was good, butbased on the experience would not visit this location again. Read more
Won?t come back. Quality of food and portions have considerably tanked. Overall place/waitresses seemed miserable and not... joyful at all. The manager/franchise owner should be embarrassed. Also way overpriced. I can?t believe a little dinky side offries is $5.99(and it wasn?t even in my to-to bag when I checked my items in the car). I had to go back inside(2 weeks fromgiving birth mind you) and wait for the handful of fries. Between my fiancé and I, we had to share the small box. The friesused to come in the large foam box, now it?s half that size! We paid $70 for highly unsatisfactory food. Never again. Havingto pay $37 alone for 20 wings, a dinky box of fries, and about 7 celery sticks is just ridiculous. Also the fact that you haveto pay for celery sticks now?.! :( Read more
Everytime I come, I feel important. The same bartender typically serves me when I come and she knows the usual food and drinks... that I order. I may switch it up from time to time, but she is more than ready and aware of her frequent regulars and how welike things. I occasionally come here with friends and/or family to sit and eat in the dining areas and I have visited thislocation for years. I can honestly say that my overall experience has been pleasant. As we all know, nothing in life is perfectand there has been some mediocre or even less than experiences that I have had rehearing in food, wait time, service, etc but itcomes with the territory and I honestly love my local hooters local location more so then even the Duluth location. It's reallycool to visit an establishment and they make note of all of their patrons and care to be in tune with each and every individualon a professional level even above and beyond customer service care! Needless to say this review has been long over due. Iusually love the food here at this location, so I'm hardly ever disappointed.
