Ih-san Hibachi catered for us for my cousin?s baby shower & he was amazing! He arrived on time, the set up was efficient, and he... fed ~30 people with a smile on his face! He was the perfect addition to our event! While the adults were mesmerized, even thekids enjoyed getting a chance to cook with him! Not to mention he drove out to Augusta, GA! Lunch was served in a timely mannerand the post-lunch clean up on his end was spotless! We?d highly recommend him and his team! His service, professionalism, humor, and work was spectacular! The food did not look good so I decided to go somewhere else. The man quote on quote said, ?that?s why you?re skinny.? This... place reeks of negative vibes. I wouldn?t spend a dime on this place and neither should you. Read more

This place is cheap and the cashier (young guy) is RUDE. They don?t do refills and the food is not good. The rice is undercooked... and tasteless. The chicken wasn?t good either. Read more

I would give zero stars if I could. There was a very rude lady taking orders and she was rushing everyone to order quickly. She... needs to calm down. Food was alright but the customer experience was horrible. Read more

Update: I went by there on a Wednesday and they said they only make spicy honey chicken on Saturdays. That's literally the only... thing that separates them from panda express and their best seller. Smh! The spicy honey chicken has a good flavor buteverything about this place is a joke. I'm not sure if it was always owned by panda express parent company, but the fried rice, egg rolls, etc are the exact same as panda express which is right next to this place in the food court. You could at least haveyour own rice recipe! In the past I could have sworn the rice was different. The last time I was here the digital menu boardswere off and all they had was a little sheet of paper propped up. If you're struggling to stay open and/or have no standards, just say that. Also, stingy with the food for the price. There really shouldn't be any room left in the box for price andquality of food we're receiving. Read more

Fantastic food, but the service is... well, it's terrible. The employees here seem to be doing everything except moving... customers through. I always see 6 or 7 people working here and yet there's usually only 1 or 2 employees actually working thefood line. Desperately need to reorganize. The food is outstanding but the line is always so long, half the time I just findanother place to eat. Read more

The food is a joke. Sesame chicken is literally orange chicken from Panda with sesame seed (hint Panda is next door). Tempura... shrimp is just pepper shrimp no tempura whatsoever. Not worth the time or money. They emphasize Japanese Grill but there isnothing Japanese about it. Read more

Sugarloaf Mall is the midway stop for my family trips to see my dad. Hibachi-Sans is my go-to place to eat everytime we stop.... Love the wasabi chicken. The rest of the family eats something else but I eat at Habachi-Sans because it's the best there is. Ifyour unsure of something you see, ask them for a taste before you buy a meal. The have a one meat bowl that my son likes to getsometimes, a two meat, and three meat plates. I love to eat, and the two meat plate is large enough for me. On my last trip Ilearned that Habachi-Sans is owned by Panda Express. Always wondered why I had a Panda Express lid on the soda cup, just thoughtthey borrowed some from next door because they run out or something, so I asked. Read more
