Food is really good compared to other hibachi places. Only downside is the owner. He wants you to know what you want when your... ordering and to talk clearly. Tips: when ordering by phone you have to know what you want, get straight to it. Speak loud andclearly. Expect to wait 30 minutes for your order. Would love to recommend this place but we weren?t able to try them. Called to place an order but you have to prepay if you are a... first timer. Was told that we have to come in to pay, they don?t take phone payments and it takes 40 minutes to prepare theorder. Another reviewer suggested Taste 8 down the street so we ordered online and the food was ready in 25 minutes as promisedwe paid at pick up and the food was delicious! My family was hungry and we decided on Chinese. I?ve never heard of this place so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered on... the phone and she said because it was my first time ordering I was going to to have to pay before they made the food. I gotthere and they told me there would be a 40 min wait due to them being backed up. I reluctantly agreed. The lies they tell you on the phone is horrendous. I was told 20min and waited a whole hr for my food. Food is good for the... price but why does it take a hour for fast food? Highly disappointed. I called at 7:22 and it is 8:26 and i still havent seen myfood. C'mon son! Then come to find out i was supposed to get a drink with my meal the 5 previous times ive been here and haventreceived one until it took a hour for my meal, like they were trying to say sorry and me not knowing it was supposed to be thereanyway. Been going here for years now and I knew the owners however they gotten rude over the past year. Food was great tho, however the... wife accidentally give my food to someone else and had to call the lady for them to come back with my food. I place an order onetime by 8:30 so by 9:30 I pick it up however they told me they closed at 9 when online it says they close at 10 and they said Ican?t come in and I have to pay again makes no sense.
