Got there at 8:30 , saw the neon OPEN sign on , pulled the door handle and it was locked . The workers inside looked at me and... didn?t even acknowledge me and kept cleaning . They even turn off the neon open sign to my face . Read more
The person making subs had her hair hanging in her food and had an AirPod in her ear wasn?t wearing an apron and had her jacket... sleeves over her gloves. Person filling the ice wasn?t wearing gloves. No one was wearing hats or hair nets or name tags. Twopeople making subs and it took over 20 minutes to get one sub out and there was only three people waiting. when we walked in theperson and the register was on there phone and wasn?t attentive to the environment around them. Ordered pick up thru Door Dash today around 7pm. Got a text confirming the order from Firehouse. Went to go pick it up at 7:35pm... and the store was closed. Doors locked, lights off, chairs up on the tables - closed. The hours posted on their door said theydon't close until 9pm... Super disappointing, as I order from here all the time and food and service is great. Won't be orderingpick up or delivery ever again. Delicious! As always. And now GLUTEN FREE is available. Only up to a medium This location does, however, need to work on... answering their phone. I called twice, and the call timed out both times. This is not cool. 3 employees in store, at least 1could get the phone. Inside was not busy, but I do not know how many app orders they had going. I am making an issue because mywife left her phone in the store, and we realized it within 1/4 mile away and was trying to get an employee to secure the phone.This was 2pm on 12/02/2022. Read more
