I have been in here for an extended period of time 10/29/22 at 1:10P and they are not getting anything done. It?s taking more... than 10 minutes to get a sub from back there they have yet to take my order this is ridiculous because I was dependent on thisstop for my lunch for work. People have come in and left and all. Do not stop here even if you think you have the extra timebecause I left extra early. You will be late. Read more
The manager is terrible. Walks around and not engaging with customers and not assisting his staff. The staff were disinterested... in serving the customers. Rude and unprofessional location. Never going there again. Everyone stop going to places where theydon't respect you and don't provide good customer service. I refuse to throw my money away. Never again!!! Read more
Been here many times. Subs are good . I have a fully involved Engineer. Fully involved is the lingo for a fully load sub. Also... got the firehouse sauce that has just the right amount of kick. 06.26.21 mask not required. Not much seating available as theyare following the10 feet distancing rule. Yes that far apart. I have had better subs here before. Is okay if tou are digging aquick bite. BTW the tea is way too sweet. Get half a glass and water it down. 10/08/22 much improved. If I could give this 0 stars I would! I ordered online for lunch. That part was easy Went to go pick up our order. It was not... ready yet as they were busy, I waited 45 additional minutes and they had no clue where our order was on the list. had to getback to work. No one offered me a refund just said I could keep waiting. Well after 45 minutes for a medium sized sub along withno one in a hair net and the front person coughing to the side I was disgusted. This long wait happens almost every time but not45 minutes and not with workers coughing hard over the good. I will NEVER return to any firehouse establishment. Read more
Awful! Ordered specific sandwiches and received a receipt with those details but sandwiches that the staff wanted to make.... Meaning the sandwiches were similar to what we wanted but not what we ordered. I was starving, ate half my sandwich, went backfor the other half and what do you know a long piece of hair entangled in the sandwich. Ugh, didn?t order a side of hair(pickles, yes but didn?t receive those). Called to inform the manger, young lady hangs up in my face! WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK! Read more
Overall it was decent. Not many people inside. My order was taken and given to the sandwich specialist (not sure if she gave him... the information or not)he didn't cut the sandwich into 3 like I requested. So he fixed it over.
