I wish I could give negative stars due to my recent experience. I went into the establishment and got into the line and waited... for my turn, which is normal. Then, I get up the the register, then out of nowhere a random white man comes up and startsordering food and I said "Excuse me?" Then, the girl (who was a black woman) continued to get the man's order. I turned aroundto see if anyone saw what was going on, but it was as if no one cared. I, as a black person am ashamed that I even ordered food,but it will be my last time ordering food from this establishment. I will not go any where that I am not accepted and or treatedwith disrespect. Then to top it off it took a long time to get my food. Never will go to any of the Einstein Bros. Bagelsanymore until they prove they care for their black customers. Read more
Update: So far I feel the staff is friendlier and overall more professional now. Jasmine is super sweet, I love her... ???? Previous review: I don't know if nights have completely different staff or something, but my previous review was at night,and my current one is based mainly from mornings. Very rude if they no longer feel obligated to be nice to you by theirclock-in. It doesn?t hurt to have some manners off the clock. Read more

I would give them 0 if I could. The customer serivce is lacking. They wear airpods while working, the cant ever pay attention to... getting the order correct.
