This is my first time ordering from this shop. I placed an online order, went to pick it up (picked up the bag with my name on... it), got home, and it was an entirely different sandwhich. If you try and call the store, the recording prompt says to "press 3to speak with a team member", but the recording puts you in an endless loop of telling you to "press 3 to speak with a teammember" and never connects you to anyone. Super annoyed that I just paid $19 for an order and I'm not even going to eat thissandwhich, and I don't have time to go back and get it fixed because I'm on the clock at work. Read more

Highly recommend their Nova Lox bagel on an everything bagel, toasted. That's my go-to, and it is bursting with flavor - salty,... creamy, acidic punch combined with luxurious smoked salmon. They used to serve the excellent Caribou coffee, but they have nowchanged brands and their new coffee isn't nearly as good. Read more

Only three stars because of the employees, the food was great but the cashier was very rude and she didn?t look like she wanted... to be here. Love coming to this location. The staff is friendly, service is fast and the bagels are always fresh. I actually got my family... hooked on the bagels and now we stop by weekly to order a box. The doggy bagels I?m not so sure about (tiny bagel image). Ibought one to try it out and the cashier said since they are hard to soak it in water for a bit before giving it to my dog. Wheni got home i did just that but my dog had the hardest time biting it. Not even a knife could cut though it .. not sure ifthat?s how it?s supposed to be but won?t be buying it again. Read more
