Ordered a sandwich, get to the window and am told they made me another sandwich because the one I want is discontinued. I... indicate I don?t want that and would like a refund. They say they can?t refund because no one is a manger but to come back inthe morning. Unacceptable. Now I come back and they do the exact same thing. I have been here before, but it was drive thru, and they were rude m. I didn?t think anything it. I decided to bring my... boyfriend and my sister for the first time, i had a doctors appointments and this one was near by. We came in and order and myboyfriend had to use the restroom but it had a code and a lady came and he said excuse twice and she didn?t even look and walkedaway. That was rude but we sat down and waited for our food. We waited a while and my boyfriend decided to tell another maleemployee and tell him about her rude customer service and he proceeded to tell him that she doesn?t speak English and walkedaway to take the drive they order. And then the lady that was rude came up to us and ask what we had, I thought she didn?t speakEnglish? And she went and got our food, it was just sitting in the back , they weren?t planning on giving it to us or theyforgot. We went to go sit on the outside tables , because the dine in tables were not wiped down and so dirty. Horribleexperience and bad customer service. Never coming back! Read more

Cashier rude through drive thru, I had to tell her don?t yell at me because you was getting my order wrong. I come here every... morning because it?s near my job, but I will drive elsewhere for better customer service. Plus food was cold like it just cameout the freezer. Picture of a Turkey Biscuit. I ordered a latte with hazelnut at the drive through, which was nice, no issues there, but I didn't order donuts. I presume... this is the reason I was treated like a second rate citizen. I used all the please and thankyous I had in me, only to receive ascowling look from the lady as she passed the cup through and turned away before I?d even taken it from her. No ?thanks?,?enjoy your drink? or even a wind induced grin! Fortunately there are plenty of other coffee spots around! Read more

A year changes a lot! This location used to be my go to on the way to work. They were friendly and my order was always on point.... But now?! The convenient stop isn't even worth wasting my money anymore. Ask for a cold foam, no foam. Ask for light sugar,there's a ½in layer of sugar on the bottom of the cup. Ask for 2 espresso shots (not a dbl), they combine 2 in 1 cup. Coffeetasted like yesterday's burn off. Espresso shot tastes like burnt coffee. They didn't seem super focused on taking people's orders. It seem like they were having a lot of "No thoughts, head empty"... moments. I had to wait quite a while for my drink after ordering, because they forgot about handing me my drink. I guess, it wasnear a lunch break for them since the morning rush as over. The place wasn't even crowded either. Anyway, they apologized forthe delay and tried to be accountable for the error on their part. They're definitely not as bad as the one on Pleasant HillRoad where the employees are crass and refuse to hold any accountability for missing food/drinks. The location is good, but youhave to be patient, and you might have to remind them if part of your order is missing. Read more
