I have been here before, but it was drive thru, and they were rude m. I didn?t think anything it. I decided to bring my... boyfriend and my sister for the first time, i had a doctors appointments and this one was near by. We came in and order and myboyfriend had to use the restroom but it had a code and a lady came and he said excuse twice and she didn?t even look and walkedaway. That was rude but we sat down and waited for our food. We waited a while and my boyfriend decided to tell another maleemployee and tell him about her rude customer service and he proceeded to tell him that she doesn?t speak English and walkedaway to take the drive they order. And then the lady that was rude came up to us and ask what we had, I thought she didn?t speakEnglish? And she went and got our food, it was just sitting in the back , they weren?t planning on giving it to us or theyforgot. I ordered a latte with hazelnut at the drive through, which was nice, no issues there, but I didn't order donuts. I presume... this is the reason I was treated like a second rate citizen. I used all the please and thankyous I had in me, only to receive ascowling look from the lady as she passed the cup through and turned away before I?d even taken it from her.
