When I go to Iawrenceville I go to this church's chicken, food use to be very good. Went today and was so disappointed. The... chicken had No taste to it, was dry and the fries was greasy and soft. Need to get someone in there who know how to season thefood and cook good. Read more

I went to Church?s Chicken Store number 10528 on Saturday June 25, 2022, at 8:40PM/EST. There was a special for a 3-piece dark... meat with a biscuit advertised in the front window of the store for $3.99. They were sold of the dark meat out and offered methree wings. However, the manager did not want to sale me the wings at the same price for the inconvenience. The manager toldme I could wait for an additional twenty minutes for the dark meat. I told the manager, since I would need to wait, I wanted allthighs. He raised his voice and told me that he could only give me two thighs and a leg. He was very rude and unprofessional inhis tone of voice, in addition to speaking over me as I was talking. I have gone to Church's Chicken before, and they gave meall thighs even with a special. The manager has a nasty attitude. Each time I would attempt to speak, he kept speaking over meas I was trying to speak. He basically said take it to leave it. This is terrible customer service. Any reasonable managerwould work to accommodate the customer, especially if the customer has to spend extra time waiting for the product. Not only isthe manager incompetent, his communication skills and his English was difficult to understand. His pronunciation is not clear.This manager needs training in English pronunciation, diction, enunciation and more importantly customer service. It should beobvious: accommodate the customer. If you do not have the product that the customer is requesting, give them a substitute atthe same price. If the special is all dark and the customer requests all thighs or all legs ? accommodate the customer,especially when the customer has to wait for an extended period of time before the order is ready.
