I?ll never return to this location. I have no issue with the food. And I realize that there is a labor shortage. But after a... long day I took my Wife to this location hoping to have a nice meal. (I worked over 80 hours this past week in my own job) Myinvoice is dated 11/7/22 at 8:40 PM. I noticed that they were putting all the chairs up, so I asked the young man at thecashier register if I was OK to go ahead and sit down so that we could eat. He walked over to the managers office open the doorand then after about 15 seconds walk back and shook his head no. The hours on the door clearly state that this location is opentill 10 PM. So my dine in became carry out. Mind you there were several still seated when I left. I like the food butdisappointed in the service. Read more

Twice now I have went to this location to pick up a mobile order. Both times I was there before the time it was scheduled to be... ready. As I waited and watched the mobile order shelves for my food to be ready, I became increasingly frustrated as it neverappeared. Both times I went to the register, and it was just sitting there. No one indicated that it was ready. So my food wascold. If you?re going to have a spot for mobile orders, place the food in the mobile order spot. Also, if the food is ready andyou don?t take it to where it should be, at least call out the person?s name. Ludicrous. Read more

Very impatient and will have attitude with you. It?s the same workers each time that work there. They also charge you extra from... the other chipotles and claim they are charging you correct and will argue with you until you are forced to come write a badreview for them. Read more

Food was alright , but the customer service here is horrible they all had funky attitudes.. especially when I asked for more... rice bc me and my daughter only get chicken rice and cheese in our bowls. Store full of kids I shouldn?t expect anything less. Read more

The food is good but dealing with ignorant people is the problem here. Male server is so incompetent he chose ignorance over... great customer service which resulted in him throwing out food twice due to charging for items before advising additionalcharges and no signs in the store. Now this fool decided to remake because customer debated the charge was not mentioned, thesecond remake he decided to pour a spoonful of bean juice over rice. The third time he was so upset I think he wet himself. Allthis because they failed to warm customers or put up a sign regarding ALL extra charges for items. Read more

Worst location in Gwinnett! I placed an order online and when I received it I was missing one meal and the meal I did receive... was cold. But not only was it cold the rice wasn?t cooked. I received a cold under cooked burrito bowl. We had to throw way thefood we did get because it was inedible. This is not the first time this location has messed our order. The worst chipotle in Lawrenceville. This dirty little shop tried to serve me brown wilted lettuce in my salad and refused... service because I had an issue with the worker dismissing me when I said I didnt want shredded lettuce? I felt raciallydiscriminated because Im not Mexican or Latino/Latina. This isnt the first negative experience Ive had here, today I spoke up,but never again.
