I ordered Buffalo wings light sauce, xtra crispy and they bring me naked wings with the sauce on the side. The wings were under... cooked and the fries Came out last. Our Server took it upon herself she said to have them to put the sauce on the side. TheAfrican American little skinny Runner was very rude when she brought our food.. She smacked her mouth and frowned up like wewere the promblem. Our server never came until a Manager in Training came to visit our Table. Me being a Server / Catering WomanI was appalled at the way Chili's ran there buisiness. We arrived at 12:30. Long wait to be seated. There were only 3 waitresses for lunch so we had to wait for someone to leave and... their table to be cleared before we could be seated. After trying numerous restaurants and leaving due to long wait times, my family decided to call ahead of arriving to ensure we... wouldn?t have to wait long. We eventually chose chilis because we were told on the phone that there was no wait time, howeverwhen we got there people lined the walls. After being told there was only a 10 minute wait (compared to 30-45 minutes) wedecided to sit in the car and wait it out since we were very hungry at that point.
