I just sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes at this place. Nothing. I then drove around to the drive thru window. I saw... a worker inside with a red shirt. Sat at the window for 5 more minutes. Worker didn?t even acknowledge me. Finally just left?.. Read more
The young lady that took my order did great and was super friendly - the music playing right next to the window should probably... have been paused while I was paying and collecting my food- I don't think I've heard anything like that from a professionalsetting. (I heard the n-word like 15 times, "act like that *** dead") At least play it censored or something. Or pause it. Youknow I'm coming, you just took my order for food. Edit:10 minutes later- got home, burger is cold, cheese unmelted, bacon is ina ball in the middle of the burger, bun ripped in half. This is the third chance I've given checkers in two years. Checkers was first love with my first bite as a teenager.The fries was seasoned and hot.The burger ???? was juicy and... delicious,was made with Love.8-3-22@5:26 I wanted my children to be a witness to freshness and great takeout.What we got was 2cold messy burgers that had ketchup oozing everywhere.The fish sandwich was to tough to chew and it was cold as well,had alsobeen bitten off.To say I was upset is being very Professional for this Establishment.I?m in disbelief writing this review,I donot like to be Negative.We will never go to any Checkers anymore,ever.This was our dinner for tonight my Children was veryDisappointed with Dads dinner decision(Checkers).Thank you Red Robin for saving the night and giving us our food for free.I wantmention names but they gave us our meals after seeing what checkers gave us.Dnt hurt your families feelings and ruin dinner likeme,pass on checkers pls. Ordered my Bacon and Champ with only mustard and pickles (of course the bacon and cheese). Got my burger and it had everything... but what I ordered. Gave it back and requested a new 1 (I'm paying for it and I want it the way I want it). When I got it back Icould tell it was the same burger (probably because I could see it still had shredded lettuce clinging to the bun). This isunacceptable to me. I have food allergies and just taking something off doesn't work. The person fixing the food got an attitudesaying that this is the 2nd burger she had to throw away. Not my fault. It was ordered correctly, showed correct on the receipt,but made incorrectly by her. She comes over to the window and says "see, I just want y'all to see that I'm making a fresh one".At that point I'm done. I told my husband, who was driving, to ask for a refund before she gave us the burger. They told himthat they can't give out refunds because the manager is in a meeting. I'll never go back. Read more
This location really need to be checked by the health inspector.. Employees touching hair and then making food. Not a clean... location. They used to be really good. I'm not sure what happened but they have let this location go. Need to be shut down andrebuilt with better employees that understand proper food handling. I really think the owner needs to be there so they can seefirst hand and not just read reviews and say sorry. If you are truly sorry, then fix it and make it better. Read more
This location is Trash ???? . They accidentally gave a chili cheese fry instead of a loaded fry. The male manager offered to... replace and gave us undercooked fries with barely any fries taking these back for a refund wouldn't suggest this location Read more
service is usually average here, but Terrible service this evening. Got to the drive through speaker and waited and said hello... to be told to wait, then I heard,"you know what your having" told him a crispy fish sandwich plain, he read back crisp fishsandwich, I asked did he get the plain and he 'oh plain, got it". Got to window he took my card with extremely greasy gloves andthen he ripped the bag as he was giving me the fish sandwich and then took it back to put it in a new bag. Got the sandwich andlooked at it while I was waiting for the card to be charged, realized it got smashed somehow, he then asked me if I had anothercard because it wasn't working and I said I don't want the sandwich because of what was done to it. He said that's ok and gaveme back my now Greasy card(that's why it wouldn't work). I took it and left. I don't recommend coming to this one until they getbetter workers. Read more
