Stopped by this location at 9:36pm on a Saturday due to closing time stated 11:00pm. Pulled up at least 4-5 employees if not... more sitting down in the eating area and all lights were in. We took this as a sign that they are definitely open. Pulled up tothe drive thru and NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER!!!!! This is totally unacceptable who pays that many ppl to sit on the clock. Surelythe powers that be aren?t allowing this. Everyone is desperate for employees and yet they are paying them to do absolutelynothing!!! I stopped going to Captain Ds years ago because it was much of the same. Long wait times, unfavorable options. But I wanted... something different so I took a chance and went in. Horrible. The combination I asked for, they didn't have (even thoughadvertised). There were literally 2 people inside ordering and 1 car on drive. Why does it take 20 mins of my lunchbreak toactually get the food and get back to my office? Lesson learned. I'm done with them forreal. Read more
